Absolutely love Jordan! I've seen a couple different girls prior to her but she is hands down the best! She truly wants to help you look your best and is awesome in doing it! She's incredibly insightful on what will look best. A huge plus for me was the cleaner, as I mentioned before I've seen a few girls and one of them ever educated me on cleaning them, always just a 'no water for 24hrs' and that was it. My first appointment with Jordan she gave me a container of cleaner (little goes a long way), a spoolie for at home, lash safe make up remover, and a spoolie that's covered for my purse! If I could give her 0 stars I would. I had been going to her for a few months and noticed each time the quality of her work got worse. I have attached a picture of what my lash line looked like when I went to a real PROFESSIONAL lash tech to get Jordans lashes removed. Jordan was clumping lashes together and placing them on a group of lashes to make her fills faster as you can see in the photo. I was paying over $90+ for a fill that would only take her 30 minutes. I have never gotten a facial before so I was alittle nervous and skeptical. Im giving 2 stars because i did not quite receive exactly what I was expecting and I'm Upset. Jordan was super sweet and gentle during the session. I got the custom facial for beginners and a full brow wax. I read the description when I booked my appointment three weeks prior but once I got home and re read what the service description's were i got frustrated because what was described and what I got wasn't really the same. The wax mentioned measuring and shaping. I only received seem to me as a touch up wax. No measuring or shaping really. I paid $35. I would of been fine with just the touch up service if that's all I needed. Plus I would of paid $20 less. The facial mentioned a neck and shoulder massage. I didn't receive one. Thats what i was most excited about. Then when I get home i check my face in the mirror and I noticed I still had black heads on and around my nose. Plus the services listed online said 1 hour for the facial and 30 minutes for the wax. I was done in an hour. I'm not one to spend money on things like this, so again I'm upset with my end results. read more
