The polish application was also uneven, and my pinky toenail was only partially painted, with a noticeable portion left uncovered. He immediately began the process without asking me to choose a color. I noticed he was using a black base instead of brown, so I showed him the reference photo again, multiple times. Even after that, he continued with a streaky gray base and added a few random black dots and swirls. When he was already applying the top coat, I asked if this was when the brown would be added. He looked confused. I tried to be patient and showed him the reference photo again. Instead of correcting the design properly, he just added a brown shade on top that looked more like a purple-gray tone. He never asked if I liked the result and simply kept going. After that, I moved to the chair for a basic pedicure. My friend also got the basic pedicure, but I somehow finished before she did even though she had already been sitting there for 30 minutes. The whole service felt very rushed. There was also very little communication throughout the appointment. When he finished painting my toes, he just got up and walked away without saying anything. We actually had to ask if we were done because no one told us. Overall, the experience felt rushed and unprofessional. The technician said he could do the design I wanted but clearly did not know how. When I asked if the nails could be fixed, they told me no and said I should have said something earlier, even though I had shown the reference photo multiple times during the process.
