If I could leave 0 stars I would! Took my family there to have nails, Pedicures and a wax. Spent $155 plus $30 in tips. During that time a quarter size glob of something at the nail desk was dropped on my Ugg boot. No one seemed to know what it was but that it was not a product being used on me! It was agreed upon as I left that I was to take them to a Boot repair store for cleaning to see if they could remove the spot. The owner of the Boot repair wrote a letter explaining they could not be repaired. I went back to Noire Nails with receipt of service, and boots as well as letter from boot store. The woman at the counter was very rude and after speaking with the owner reused to cover half the cost of a new pair nor refund the services for myself She also stated they were not responsible for any personal items that a person brought in! Poor service, Bad customer response and also witnessed them treating their non-asian employees poorly. Not a decent place to spend your money as there are many other reputable places in Murfreesboro to have these services done!! BEWARE!!!!! read more

Bad experience. First, they need a receptionist. My nail tech stopped every 3-4 minutes to answer the phone, direct employees and great people at the door. As they got busier, the faster she rushed, even skipping steps. My acrylics feel chunky and loose on my nails. Not good for the price. Too many nail salon choices in the area for bad service. I went into this salon back in February 2021 before a valentines photoshoot and asked for pink nails with one red heart on both ring fingers. The hearts were so uneven they redid them 4 times before the manager came over and " did her best " they were VERY UNEVEN and i had professional pictures the next day. July 12th I decided to give them another chance and just get simple french tip gel manicure after he applied the tips I asked if he was going to trim my cuticles and he replied that it was $20 extra for that and not included in the manicure.. today is july 23rd and all my nails have popped off. Let's fast forward to today! Before I rated this business a five star. Today, I would give it zero starts. I see what the other reviewers meant with their service concerns. After today, no one should step foot in this salon. An older lady attempted to complete a dip set for me. From the start I knew something was wrong. The dip was covering my finger completely! Not just the nail. After several attempts to correct her mistake I still did not like the nails. Thanh then tells me that they all look like that! I stated no.... he has done my nails several time and they never looked this way. Needless to say, he did not offer to fix my nails and was very rude by talking to the lady next to me as if she knows what I like. My sister in law and I came here after another nail salon turned us away (even though they said "walk ins welcome"). We only had to wait 5 minutes for a pedicure, and it was one of the best I've had! I went here and got a gel manicure for my engagement and the color I chose was running very low, but the lady kept putting several coats on top of coats, until eventually she realized it was too transparent because it was low, so switched to another color with more pigment. By the time I left, there was probably 10 coats of gel polish. It chipped and peeled 4 days later, which is very unusual for gel. read more

Really don't appreciate the way they treated my wife. We've had multiple problems with this location and today was yet another notch on the post. My wife typically goes to the nail bar to feel refreshed and pampered, not ridiculed and manipulated. She was reluctantly pushed to go with a design she audibly explained she didn't want numerous times, and after feeling judged and embarrassed for having her own opinion, she felt the need to go to another nail place just to get it covered up. Not to mention the low quality customer service. If we come in as a paying customer, we should expect to be provided a service, not met with complaints, judgement, or anything of the sort. Im only giving one star because I cannot give negative stars. They made me wait an hour then told me that only 1 out of the four people that were with me could get service. Not a manicure but just to fix her pinkie nail and we would still have to wait for an unstated amount of time. On top of that they serviced a walk in customer who walked in after us the minute she walked in for a basic manicure. Excellent nail salon! Very clean and comfortable, plastic liners in the pedi chairs, bagged instruments. Usual $30 for a basic pedicure and every single staff member was extremely friendly and accommodating. We had an appointment and were taken right back and waited a very short time in the chair. My toes look perfect! We've been looking for a salon in the area and this is it, we will absolutely be back! read more

Tony's customer service is horrible. It has nothing to do with the language barrier is their overall attitude and professionalism in the salon. I'm not sure if their not used to "African American basketball player" types coming in and getting serviced but to disregard them for that reason or any other reason it's just totally a professional for me. I literally sat in there for 30 minutes watching people without an appointment come before me and get serviced. After addressing it twice I was told to leave and find another shop because they were closing in 12 minutes. From management down to the staff they will not take responsibility for their mistakes or negligence. And if by some miracle they do, they will find some way to justify their bad business practices. I still get rather bothered every time I think about my bad experience with them and ultimately how I was made to pay full price for an INCOMPLETE service. My sister and I made an appt to get dip on our nails 4 hours before we went. We wanted to sit together. I had a really sweet girl that was trying to sit us close together but my sisters nail girl didn't want to stand at the bar. It was just ok. Just wanted to try this place because it's fairly new. The nail tech seemed nice but the language barrier between us was more than I felt was acceptable. She asked me what I wanted to drink 2 separate times and I told her Coke 3 times both times she asked. I guess she never understood because I never got my drink. The pedicure process went smoothly other than the painting. It looks amatureish. I can't say that I'd never go back, but this place is definitely not at the top of my list. The place was ok. I was happy with my basic pedicure, but they could have left the hot towels on a little longer. Polish was nice. Color selection was average. However, I was meeting friends and I had to sit away from them even though there were several available chairs. I also wasn't offered anything to drink. Horrible, they take zero accountability for their mistakes, they play you till they dare to threat and steal money for bad quality services. Absolutely will never go there or recommend. My nail tech was so incredibly disrespectful, insulting, judgmental, and rude. Not only did he make several comments about my "ugly nubs" for fingernails, but his work was not well either. I left with nail polish all over the sides of my nails (both hands and feet) and he forgot to put top coat on my toes. When I asked him for the top coat, he responded "I'm good." I've been to this location about 4 times. Last weekend I had an appointment for 4 of us and we were about 20 minutes late. I apologized to whom seem to be the franchise owner who sits up front right hand seat (Toni). However he was incredibly rude. The water was cold and he stated their busy which isn't an excuse for cold water. Despite Toni being rude I came again today 12/27/21 at 2:10pm and I was greater by Mr Toni once again. I asked him how long would the wait be he said 30 minutes and I said okay. How much is it for dip he said $45 and up. I said can I show you the picture so you can tell me the exact price he said no I don't have time! Extremely rude. I took my daughter and we left and went next door to The Nail Place where we were met with excellent customer service. Toni if that's even his real name is extremely rude as if I'm not a paying customer. I'll never return. I went today wanting to get something a little different for my nails a treat for my self I've gone to this salon before with no issues. Today's experience was terrible from beginning to end I got longer nails then I usually get in a shape already knowing up front this was going to cost more ( not a problem ) as the technician is working on my nails he holds my hand in the air and starts speaking to some one then three other people come over to inform that my nails will be $65 I'm like okay that's fine. While my tech is working on my hands he is extremely rough and squeezing my fingers I have to pull my hand back multiple times because he is hurting me that bad. He finishes up my nails and we go to the counter to pay I pull my card out waiting for the prompt to insert my card and a screen pops up about a tip so I'm reading through it and the tech try's to snatch my card out of my hand and says insert the chip which I'm aware of I was just reading through the tip options.
