The nail tech (pretty sure the owner) literally yanked them off my nail beds. OUCH! Why not just soak them off? They were meant to be soaked off. Then charged me an extra $5 to rip them off and damage my nail beds. She passes me over to another tech who proceeds to file my nails sooo crooked. Whatever, no big. 2 days later and now my pinky nail is CHIPPED!! Right before I'm about to go on vacation.
