I've been a faithful client since 2014/15,…read more Salpi sent me a email on 3/19/21 to confirm my and my daughters appointments on Tuesday 4/6/21- I called her back to confirm this time / and to also see if there was anything sooner available which there was not. Therefore we confirmed the set time she had already had us scheduled in for 4/6. I drove over two hours round trip while being in and out of the icu , just to make the appointment. When I got there they told me I was not scheduled for this day which is a lie since my proof in email says otherwise. Do not waste your time or effort for a incompetent disorganized office staff who will tell you you're scheduled then when you show up for said appointment they pretend you were never scheduled. Salpi also mentioned sometimes the system makes mistakes. She had a variety of excuses. She asked who I spoke w then shortly later she had notes of the congestion. She was all over the place and had a lot of denial for responsibility. We even called 5 minutes before our arrival time and she had confirmed our appointments 5 minutes before we arrived.
