I've only been once, and I'm still not entirely convinced it's the practice for me. But I'm holding judgement. We'll see if they can cure my current ills, and then I'll see how the conduct a physical exam. - - - Upgraded to 4* after my physical exam. It took a while to get an appointment with Dr. Panza. But it was worth it. She spent plenty of time with me, gave me a thorough exam. The best part. The blood work was done on premise, immediately. So my cholesterol results were delivered to the good doctor within minutes of being drawn from my arm. Hard to call that good news, now that I am on a self inflicted draconian diet. But it was tres impressive.

Many times over the last 4-5 years I've been a patient I've waited much too long. Respect for patients time and appropriate scheduling could be improved significantly. This opportunity is specifically when I'm seen by PA's at the office. However I have to say my doctor listens to me, answers my questions thoughtfully and is efficient with our time once we are together. I am grateful for the care and I would recommend them to others. Please explain why you stated that to me? I didn't say anything because I was in shock that you asked me such a question. A red flag went up in my brain telling me never to see you again if this is your very unprofessional attitude. You usually order more than one tube of blood for lab work. But you only ordered one, not the usually 5 or 6 tubes. And that one tube of blood stated more blood test are required. Yet, you're asking me why I'm coming to see you! If I do not use fluoride toothpaste, I have many cavities, tooth woes. I have terrible dry mouth and eyes. I get terrible cold sores in and outside my mouth. I am fatigue and my joints ache. At the very least, he did not take careful enough notes to remind himself of a conversation he had with his patient and the reasoning why he prescribed a particular treatment plan. Decisions made following a thorough, lengthy discussion during visits, he would prescribe medication, one would assume based off of his professional medical expertise, only to later insinuate that I somehow 'tricked' him into him prescribing a particular medication. Finally, as he begins the process of retiring, he hires two young ladies who should not be in the field of medicine. Young, condescending, belittling, unprofessional, and would reverse an established treatment plan on a whim. No discussion. No replacement treatment, just stopped because they just didn't like it. If you've never found yourself in this type of situation with your established medical team, I will tell you, it is terrifying. There is nothing you can do or say. As your new, forced upon you physician/PA/nurse, they hold all authority, removing you off medication that you depend on as part of your care. Absolutely do not trust this practice. It was an embarrassing and humiliating experience. I was embarrassed for them. Akin to a group of children playing doctor. Clueless and dangerous.

I also was measured incorrectly during my physical exam. The office dog was the only saving grace, but contacting the doctor or office while getting treatment was nearly impossible because they only had an answering machine, and call back protocol.
