The medical assistants and nurses take their time with communicating with us both to make sure our information is updated and accurate so that Ginny (Virginia Larner, PA-C) can provide the best medical and wellness advice to maintain our reasonably good health. They also are in consistent communication with our specialists which also is a great help. We've had doctors in the past that were pill pushers and appeared to always be in a hurry to get us in and out with a prescription. Finally, we have found a health care provider that we are 100% pleased with.

She's an outstanding provider. She treats the mind, body, and soul of each patient rather than just their diagnosis. This is a great quality to have as a doctor and it makes a huge difference. I would recommend Internal Medicine & Linda to anyone. I was nervous changing providers but switching to Linda is like a breath of fresh air. My old doctor does not even compare to Linda. All of the nurses at this location are excellent as well. Being a nurse myself I always expect for the nurses to be exceptional and at this location they are nothing less than that. I was very happy with my visit and my experience. They also have an online portal that you can sign up for and review all of your labs, appointments, make/change/cancel appointments, request prescription refills, etc. Wicked convenient. Instead of making a thousand phone calls all of the information you need is just a few clicks away. I took away one star because the parking isn't optimal.

Going to find another Neuro office. my rheumatologist was surprised they hadn't done some bloodwork after finding from my EMG test I had severe neuropathy with muscle wasting. No further testing done. I am searching for a new Neuro today. A Dr that actually cares for patients and not money.

He made me feel reassured that my EEG would be read carefully. I feel so lucky that the EEG didn't show any abnormal activity. My neurologist at St. Peter's Health Partners wanted to put me in the hospital anyway to be sure, but I am confident in the results of the EEG that Capital Care Neurology did. I'm not going back to that other neurologist unless I have an obvious grand mal seizure.

They start off by having you check in by asking you the famous questions that they asked everybody which is basically if you've been outside of the country if you been outside of the State that are under the quarantine ban New York State and then finally have you been hanging out with your covid-19 friends. As long as you answered no to all of those they take your temperature and they give you a little sticky note to give to the nurse who takes your vitals and you're on your way. This is a great setup and it works out well. They have their chairs blocked off so that you can't sit next to each other so what increases social distancing in the waiting area. The reason why I dropped it down a star is because the wait times have gotten really long and it's just a little bit one-sided in that effect because if you're late to your appointment you get canceled but they can be late to their appointment and we just have to deal with it. Now onto my Dr Jessica Berman MD. I will say this she is one heck of a doctor she has been seeing me now for probably 11 years maybe even a little bit longer and she has been on point with me all the time and she holds me accountable which is something that I need at times. My wife is also seen by her and my wife has nothing but positive things to say about the doctor. Both of my sons one is age 22 and one is 11 and they are both seen by her as well and she is an excellent doctor in every facet of care that is given to my family. The only unfortunate part is right now she's not accepting new patience but I do recommend this facility because if these doctors are anything like Dr Berman then they have an excellent practice on their hands. I was referred to CareNet, so I didn't read reviews before making my first appointment, and after reading the reviews I was pretty surprised. I have nothing but good things to say about my CareNet experience, and while I provided some of this feedback directly to the physician, I want to put it out there for other review readers. My prenatal office experience was good, regardless of the doctor I saw or office I visited. CareNet has many doctors, and I believe there is someone for everyone (unless you want a man). All different personalities, ages, ethnicities... whatever criteria you find important, I imagine you can find a doctor at CareNet. When you're pregnant you try to see all doctors, because you get the doctor on call for delivery. I enjoyed all doctors in different ways. I was always checked in and seen promptly, and treated with care and respect. My postnatal office experience was equally good, with PAs who were happy to help out this breastfeeding mom with carrying car seats, holding the baby during weigh ins, giving time to feed on demand, and even encouraging holding during exams. My labor and delivery and recovery at Bellevue was great! After such an experience, I wouldn't want to have a baby anywhere else, with any other group. Dr. Piraino was the doctor on call that day. The universe has ways of working I guess - she was exactly what I needed that day. She was calm and directing, and encouraging. She made eye contact with me, and engaged my husband in the process. She checked on me the following two days, and made sure I was physically comfortable and comfortable transitioning from the hospital to home. I really cannot say enough good things. I look forward to baby #2.

Since then they have rescheduled me 3 times and have not even had a discussion with the doctor over this. An office run by woman and they are the most degrading people in a woman's health office! Crazy.

We went to the Urgent Care in the early afternoon after my 2-year old son cut his chin, It was…read morerelatively minor and a clean cut, but would need to be closed. I checked into the Urgent Care Center and then waited over 2 hours in the waiting room before seeing anyone. They did not triage anyone who registered, it was just first-come, first-served. People with sore throats were seen before my son, who was bleeding all over the place. When we finally got into an exam room, the nurse (who was less than friendly) washed his chin and told me that the doctor would be in soon. A few minutes later, a PA shows up and proceeds to tell me that she can't glue his chin because the tissues were too swollen and would need to be trimmed (in my opinion, probably as a result of waiting so long), that my son will need stitches and that she doesn't do trimming or stitches and there was no doctor in the office. So, after waiting ~2 1/2 hours to finally see any medical personnel, they tell me that I have to go to the ER instead. If they actually did TRIAGE when I first got there (like any other Urgent Care or ER I've ever been to), they could have referred me immediately to the ER and I could have saved a lot of time and money since they also billed me for doing absolutely nothing but telling me I needed to bring him somewhere else. (On a side note, the Ellis ER got us in and out in about 30 minutes). I would avoid this Urgent Care, there's a total lack of process or organization and the staff is less than friendly. I guess it's ok if you have a sore throat or congestion, but beyond that, they seem incapable of taking care of minor medical problems that shouldn't require a trip to the ER.

Or even ask your cousin, who just woke up, what to do, before seeing this doc. Wait was long. Receptionist was aloof. Location was a challenge, too. Go elsewhere!
