Spent the day in SH. Every place was friendly, with amazing service, with the exception of this place. This female bartender, 'sitting' behind the bar, was unfriendly from the get go. Asked her if one of the TVs could be switched to our game and she said yes but you aren't getting sound. Fine. The other three of our party then came in. She asked one if he wanted a beer, when his back was to her and he was 20' away (he didn't hear her) and she said "I guess not". Once we got sat down she said our 7# dog, who was in a carry/kennel, with straps, could only be on the floor, despite the fact my daughter was holding her. After 10 minutes, she was at us again. We decided to leave, and not drink our beers, and the bartender threw 4-5 insults at me, including that she hoped our team lost, they'd be happier with us gone and more and then I finally said something to her. She then threw insult after insult saying we should not be in their local bar. Unbelievable. We are local is the thing. The place had three patrons besides us four. I can see why. read more

This is literally the bar where everyone knows your name. Great local crowd. It can get busy some Saturdays and on 3rd Friday. The staff is awesome on Friday nights but I'm probably biased. :) read more

You can't beat happy hour at Nolans. They have a great selection of beers on tap and the staff is great.

Back in town on Christmas vacation and had to stop by our favorite Pub in Safety Harbor. If you have not been to Nolan's you're missing out. Great atmosphere, fabulous crowd, and even better owner. Always great to see Craig stop by and say hi to all the customers he knows. A "regulars" atmosphere that welcomes everybody. read more

Nolan's is a great local Irish Pub with a wide selection of beers and some wines too! They have live music on weekends and even do a run club on Mondays at 7pm. Craig is an awesome guy and the staff is wonderful there! We've had lots of get togethers there and we'll definitely keep that going! Don't forget your wheel if you go! It's a nice little incentive to drink more beer! The place can get really crowded on weekends, but the service is still great! A great local spot! read more

Nice enough place but not much of an Irish pub if you know your Irish pubs. More of a shamrock on the door kind of place that calls itself an Irish pub. Nice girl behind the bar but didn't poor a very good guinness and the guinness wasn't very good if you know the difference in a good or bad pint. Stick to the craft american beers I guess, didn't try those, and don't expect a true Irish pub experience! Nice people and okay place if you take the Irish out of it. read more

Nice small-town Irish pub with a great craft beer selection on Main St. in Safety Harbor. Had a decent guitarist up front playing the usual stuff and a huge oversized Jenga game in the back. Nice cozy atmosphere. DIdn't eat but beer prices were about the norm $6-8 for a pint of something good. Would I come here again - Absolutely. read more

Based on erroneous information from Citi bank I accused Nolans pub of making fraudulent charges on my credit card. Sarabeth, the manager, objected to my accusations. She explained the process that went on. The end result was she was right & was honest. I falsely accused her. This is my humble rebuttable of my accusations. This is a friendly Irish bar, with a good selection of beer, wonderful staff, and when I was there great live music. I especially enjoyed playing their large connect four game. The ambience here was great, if you are in Safety Harbor this is a good choice for night time activity. read more

Nolan's Pub - Pubs Near Me - Safety Harbor, Florida

It's friendly and clean and a decent place to have a few beers. Downtown Safety Harbor really needed a tap house, and this fits the bill. There are TVs for watching sports, and there's the typical Irish pub theme (American Irish pub, anyway) going on in there. The beer selection is not overwhelming, even for having 20 taps. They had some decent craft beers but too many ordinary beers that water down the selection. The one thing that really disappointed me was that I ordered a Smithwicks (pronounced "Smitticks"), and it came in a 12 oz "American pint glass", which was smaller than the "actual pint glass" that my wife's cider came in. There was an obvious difference in size. For $5.50 a "pint", I think this was a little lame. Anyway, as my rating says, Nolan's is "ok". I'll go back, but I don't think it will be a regular place that I visit. read more

Nolan's is a great little Irish pub in downtown Safety Harbor. I made my way to Nolan's one Friday night when a friend was performing there. I had a very nice time here! The bartender was super nice and made sure my drink was not empty for more than a minute. The atmosphere was cozy and it was apparent that a lot of the customers that night were regulars. They had a big beer selection and didn't flinch when i switched from beer to wine, which is nice for an Irish pub. Stop in if you are looking for a laid back atmosphere with live music on a weekend evening. read more

Nolan's should be the first bar you go to in downtown safety harbor. The best Guinness you'll ever have hands down. The owner is a nice guy very kind. Fun little beer and wine pub on main st in safety harbor!!! The boyfriend and I came here with some friends of ours while meandering around downtown safety harbor. We have long been searching "new" spots to mix up the routine from the "same old same old". This was a great spot to have discovered! It has a nice neighborhood feel and was relaxed. They offer a wide selection of craft beers and the bartenders were great! We also enjoyed the fact that it was non smoking in here, so you don't leave smelling like an ashtray. Prices are about average for a craft beer type place, with most choices running about $5-$7 from what I saw. Will i come here again? YES. read more

Nolan's Pub in downtown Safety Harbor is by far the coolest place in town. Ice cold craft beers with service that is unmatched creates a fantastic getaway to enjoy a few cold ones. The beer list is very diverse and the staff is very knowledgeable in helping you find the perfect beer. Craig, the owner, is an awesome dude who personally introduced himself to us our first time in. Loved this place. Came here with the hubby on a Tuesday trivia night. We were thoroughly entertained just watching. Trivia unlike most places. LOVE Nolan's! We go there quite a bit. Fun atmosphere with great music and even a life-sized Jenga game! My only complaint is that there's only ONE unisex bathroom. Kind of a pain because of the long line but totally worth the wait. They have a great variety of beer! There's no food but their location is situated along a street full of other pubs and spots where you can grab a quick bite or whatever you're looking for. read more

It's a nice little pub that offers a decent selection of beer and a friendly staff who are very involved with their community. They have some fun games in the back like giant Jenga and a large Connect Four which are nice to pass the time. Overall it's a nice place, kind of average, but we've always had a good time there. My biggest complaint would be the prices, they can be a bit high. I understand that some beers especially those with a higher ABV can be a bit a more expensive but $6 for a pint of Guinness is the highest I've ever seen it! Also I would be willing to look past the prices if they offered more daily specials. When they do (At least from what I've seen on their Facebook page) it's pretty infrequent and usually only goes on for a few hours.( I think from 5-7 was the last I saw). Anyways like I said it's a really great place with great people, but,it does take a toll on my wallet! read more
