They boasted how they make their own windows and they are energy efficient. But when applying for the tax credit for energy efficient windows -- they are required to provide you with qualified manufacturer ID Code --- looked up the company on the IRS website -- and apparently they are not registered as a qualified manufacture. I spent nearly $10K to do 11 windows... very shotty -- do not stand behind their products and are totally unprofessional and blame the consumer. My mistake for not checking websites like this and the BBB first. This is a horrible company -- will never make that mistake again. I would have given 0 stars - but it requires us to provide at least 1. Horrible Horrible company.
