I don't normally post bad reviews, but AVOID THIS COMPANY…read more I requested a tow for my AWD vehicle and specifically informed dispatch that AWD-compatible equipment was required. The initial truck dispatched was not equipped to properly tow the vehicle, the tow driver was impatient, rude and was willing to risk damaging my vehicle, so I called dispatch a second time requiring someone to bring the correct equipment. Fine, let's move on. During the tow, my vehicle was secured to the flatbed by the undercarriage rather than by the wheels. As a result, my vehicle's air suspension was damaged. It was another driver *from their own company* who told me that my vehicle was improperly anchored to the bed and that he "hoped" it wasn't permanently damaged. When I contacted dispatch to report the damage, the guy who answered the phone was a total d---head and first denied the damage (with no reference or information) and informed me that the company was not responsible and that the driver would have to pay personally and gave me the driver's personal phone number! Jerky dispatch, lousy company.

Contacted our roadside assistance insurance (Allstate) to transport our 2019 Lincoln Continental…read morefrom our home garage to the Lincoln dealer service department. The car battery had discharged and would not take a charge. The electronics were completely non-functional, including the electronic door lock mechanisms. The driver's door would not close and was able to be opened without using the door handle (which did not work). Allstate dispatched a towing company, Swift Towing, and the tow driver arrived at approximately 8:00 AM. Unfortunately, the driver/tow operator spoke absolutely no English (Spanish only) so communicating was difficult at best, impossible at worst. My wife was present during the entire loading process. Before he began, he did take photos on his phone, all sides of the car. There was no visible damage to the car body, and he did not point out any sites of damage. I and my wife attempted to advise the tow driver to be careful as the door was not secure and the car was loaded rearend first. We attempted to use tape to hopefully secure the door but all that was available was painter's tape. The drive gave us lots of nods and thumbs up as indicating he understood. The car was locked in PARK and could not be shifted to NEUTRAL because it is an electronic transmission. The car was therefore dragged onto the flatbed truck. Still no signs of any damage. The car left our home with no damage. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was called to report damage to the driver's side door, and dealer photos were texted to me showing damage. Stephen, service manager, reported they could not open the drier door a it was jammed into the left front fender. They wanted to document that the door was damaged on arrival there. I informed them that there was no damage to the car when it left our home. When I called Swift to file a claim with their insurance. The owner returned my call, and when I explained the above, he denied any responsibility. I demanded to see the photos taken by his operator. He sent a set which, curiously, did not show any of the side damaged. When I called back to ask for those specific photos, he claimed what he sent were all the photos available. Clearly this was a lie or the operator, knowing damage had occurred, deleted those tell-tale photos we saw him take. Also, their receptionist informed me initially that they always take video of the vehicles during the duration of the tow. I asked for those as well...they were never sent to me. This is a dishonest towing operation, IMO, that will not take responsibility and blames others for damage incurred while vehicles are in their possession. Apparently, reading similar comments on Yelp many others have had terrible experiences with this fly-by-night, dishonest outfit.
