He impressed me with his sincerity, and he provided references who backed up my impression of him. I'm so glad I hired him! Not only did he do everything he promised, but he even did some things we hadn't asked for. His honesty and integrity are very obvious in his work and in his way of managing his business relationships. Instead, they apparently sent the invoice to my condo association, although they seem to have gotten the name of the association wrong and the invoice was not received. A couple of months later, the Association did receive an invoice, with lots of late charges. The Association Manager called them, explained the situation and asked that they remove the late charges and bill me directly. Instead, they later sent another invoice to the association, with more late charges. The labor charge also was highly inflated. I wrote, they never got back to me, did remove late charges and sent, AGAIN INCORRECTLY, another invoice to my association, NOT TO ME. Marked, in Red, OVERDUE. Inflated labor charge remains, no response to my inquiry about how it was computed.
