BEWARE, corners are cut and the representative will get defensive if there is an issue and not be organized with details or schedules of service. We had to get Green Horizon's $18,000 roof replaced that they put on our home. He actually put in an solar-electric roof air fan that he couldn't hook up to electricity and left a gap around the vent which wasn't sealed. The manufacturer of the vent company confirmed this to me. Stay far far away.

We hired Morse Moving to transport our daughter's items that we had stored for her while she was…read moreliving abroad. The household items were to be delivered to Brooklyn, NY on Dec. 20th, but no later than Dec. 21st. We flew to NYC to accept delivery on Dec. 20th. No delivery and no communication from Morse. We continued to wait and attempt to get info on the delivery from Morse throughout the next week, being told several different stories as to why delivery was delayed and repeatedly given delivery dates that were not met. Finally late Friday evening, Dec. 27th, the load was delivered. In the interim we were forced to spend Christmas week in a motel with our daughter, her husband and their young twins.

The scheduler was able to move some routine maintenance around and get us in this afternoon. Scott showed up on time and was very professional. He took care of our issue quickly and was very kind. This is his family business, started by his dad and now he and his brothers work there as well. I'm so please with their expediency and professionalism. Unreliable & unprofessional!…read more Recommended by a friend who had used them before so I had high hopes. An employee came out in October and gave a decent quote for removal and stump grinding. Told them that timing wasn't critical as we were closing down the cottage for the season. Had some follow up communication to indicate that Miss Dig had been out and requested photos when the job was complete. Got confirmation that this would be done. Fast forward to the following May and the job was never completed! I texted the employee I originally dealt with and got no response. A few days later I called the main number and spoke to the owner (Myles). I explained the situation and he indicated that he had issues with the employee and seemed sincerely concerned that the job hadn't been scheduled or completed. He offered to come out that afternoon or the next day to look at the job to reassess. He never showed up and won't answer or return follow-up calls. Although I wouldn't be happy, I could at least respect them if they decided to decline the job and let me know. I was ghosted instead! Contacted another local company and had the work completed within 36 hours at a slightly better price. Don't waste your time with Tree Timber Services- they may or may not actually do the job...
