We had to get Green Horizon's $18,000 roof replaced that they put on our home. He actually put in an solar-electric roof air fan that he couldn't hook up to electricity and left a gap around the vent which wasn't sealed. The manufacturer of the vent company confirmed this to me. Stay far far away.

The household items were to be delivered to Brooklyn, NY on Dec. 20th, but no later than Dec. 21st. We flew to NYC to accept delivery on Dec. 20th. No delivery and no communication from Morse. We continued to wait and attempt to get info on the delivery from Morse throughout the next week, being told several different stories as to why delivery was delayed and repeatedly given delivery dates that were not met. Finally late Friday evening, Dec. 27th, the load was delivered. In the interim we were forced to spend Christmas week in a motel with our daughter, her husband and their young twins.

The tree removal itself was excellent, which makes what happened afterward even more frustrating. Despite taking my money for the stump grinding, the work has never been completed. I've made repeated attempts to contact them, but my calls have been completely ignored. At this point, it's clear they have no intention of honoring the agreement or even providing the courtesy of a response. Now I'm forced to pay someone else to finish a job I already paid this company to do. If you can't complete the work you were hired and paid to perform, you shouldn't be taking customers' money in the first place. I no longer want excuses--I want my $500 refunded so I can hire a company that actually follows through on its commitments. I arrived at 4:30pm & opened the garage door only to have water come rushing from under the door out into the driveway. Upon fast investigation, the water filter housing had cracked and water was spraying everywhere! There was a few inches of water in the garage and mud room. I called a family friend, who in turn sent over a plumber. The plumber suggested that we contact our insurance company and Bay Area Clean Clear. We did. Within an hour on a Sunday night, the Bay Area Clean Care van arrived. They got right to work and kept us informed each step of the way. As the sun went down, the temperatures started to drop. We had no water & no heat (because the boiler was right in the middle of the shower). In my sexiest outfit (2 sweatshirts & layered sweat pants..Keep in mind, I left temps in the 80's in Texas!) ...I asked if they might have a heater we could use in the living room to camp out & not freeze. The employee went back to his shop at 10:30pm at night to get us a commercial heater (which was not even included or needed for their clean up efforts.) They worked until well after midnight and returned at 9:00am to continue. They were extremely professional and simply good compassionate people. I would HIGHLY recommend this company! This company has renewed my faith in humanity.
