They do not call the client and they do not come to the house and monitor what they're doing or speak to the person that they are supposed to be caring for. The person they send usually only does a quarter of what they're supposed to be doing, and the company is not aware because they do not care what is happening to the clients. Very abusive situation that they put the clients in not just one of the people they send out they all have free Rein's to do whatever they want under this company because there's no consequences. Horrible services and abusive regarding not care to the disabled elderly. not one experience .......several . if they have not send any one to a home in day or days or a week and there alone with no assistance classified as abuse . How do they even know if the client is not extremely sick or has passed away? They would never know why the company does not check on their clients that have services.
