All around, this is a quality place. The menu is a collection of fresh ingredients and a variety to please anyone. From bowls to smoothies to coffee you can find a treat to fill your needs. Even the grab-and-go snacks are delicious. And the straws are nature-friendly! So simple yet so important. This all started with the belief that ingredients matter. Kindness is also important here. The Pay It Forward board holds kind gifts purchased for others, known or unknown. How kind to make sure others are taken care of, and Nona makes this simple. At the register, let them know you want to pay it forward, and your gift will be ready for sharing. Some people pay for a friend or family member, while others state their gift is for "anyone who needs it" or healthcare workers or first responders. It can be for anyone. The quality of the product is obvious, and the kindness is upfront. There is nothing to keep me from appreciating Nona Nutrition and recommending it to others who value the same. Enjoy!

NONA has been my go-to for smoothies (formerly juices) for a few years. Their menu items are always made fresh to order, with high quality ingredients and what I love most is that they don't mind modifications (which is great for someone like me, who has some fruit/vegetable allergies that often need substituting)! I've ordered my juice (and now) smoothie cleanses routinely and each visit the service has been great! They just recently rearranged their lobby, which adds a bit more seating space, if you choose to 'dine' in - with a few tables out front, as well. Perfect place to stop in before or after a workout, quick meet up with friends, or for something on-the-go when you're out running errands - you won't be disappointed!

Had to check out for the natural smoothie place and treat myself with strawberry yogurt goodness.

Hi, This is Dominic the food reviewer. Yesterday I got to try NONA Nutrition. They serve healthy smoothies and smoothie bowls and sell health foods and supplements. It is located at 1350 Capitol Dr, Pewaukee, WI 53072. I got to meet the owners Seth Knapp and Micaela Miller. Seth told me that Nona opened about 3 years ago as a health supplement store. About 1-1/2 years ago they remodeled and added a food side. They named it Nona after Roman Goddess who was known to carry "the thread of life" and Healthy living and nutrition are a symbolic of the "thread of life". Seth and Micaela are very passionate about health and nutrition. They are also huge on kindness and paying it forward, They even have T-shirts that say spread kindness on them. When you walk in, they have a pay it forward board where you can purchase something for anyone that you would like to, like a grandparent, friend, dad, mom or cousin, or even a stranger. Seth told me so far, the longest chain of consecutive pay it forward purchases is a total of seven in a row where people kept paying for the person behind them in line. The ambiance was very modern looking inside with comfortable couches, modern wood tables, and high stand up seating also. They have a counter that you can watch them make your smoothies or bowls, fresh cold pressed juices, and fruit. It's all opened inside their kitchen where they make it all in front of you. I thought it was very spotless inside their too. They have a small section with different varieties of supplements, vitamins and more. In March, they have a March madness bracket to see what everyones favorite smoothie is that year. This year, the Funky Monkey won the bracket. The Funky Monkey under the classics includes peanut butter, banana, chocolate, non dairy milk, and whey protein. My dad had the Himalayan Bowl which has Goji Berries, cocoa, Himalayan pink salt, chocolate whey protein raspberries, coconut milk, almond milk with ancient grain gluten free chocolate peanut butter granola, banana slices, cacao nibs, peanut butter, chia seeds and raw honey. I got to try their Super Cado Bowl which had super healthy fruits and ingredients like avocado's, spinach, pineapple, coconut milk, vanilla cake, Whey Protein with coconut cashew granola, henpeck hearts, banana slices, shredded coconut, raw honey, mangos and macadamia nut honey butter. My dad and myself thought our smoothie bowls were very healthy and delicious. I would definitely go back because they were so kind and welcoming, and they have super nutritious and amazing bowls and smoothies here. Thank you so much Seth and Micaela for having me at your place. I was so pleased and glad to try the smoothie bowls out. I really hope they open another location like this closer to my house, because I would go every day. I love how much they promote kindness and positivity.

Didn't have coffee creamer. I like coffee with creamer and they didn't have it so now I'm mad.

I also love their smoothie bowls, they are made so tasty, I have tried to duplicate them at home with no luck sadly!

Been here several times…read more It's a "nice" place on Pewaukee Lake. The signage is a little confusing, in that it's attached to another business (VeloCity Cycling), but just open the door and walk in. There are plenty of windows, so you know that you're in the right place. There are several different places to sit. Inside by the counter, a glass enclosed patio with a better view of the lake (the sunny can be overly bright and glaring), and outside seating during warmer weather. Got a friendly greeting by the staff, and help with the ordering. Got a couple hot drinks, including a London Fog Latte, and two scones (one blueberry, and another chocolate chip). The drinks were done nicely, with the London Fog including the necessary vanilla, lavender, and extra foam. The scones were good, but definitely not a traditional recipe. These were essentially muffins that were cooked on a cookie sheet and not a muffin tin. Had great muffing texture, not the tender/dry/crumble that you get with a real scone. I did ask, and apparently they make everything from scratch in house. When we arrived, there were just several tables of customers, but within the hour the entire place filled up. It's a popular place, and at times it could be hard to hold a conversation. It's a nice spot, with a great view, friendly staff and well made beverages. Would stop in again.

Been here several times, and the experience has always been very good…read more It's located on a moderately quiet street in Hartland. It has a few small tables outside in front. Inside, there is seating downstairs or upstairs, which tends to be a bit quieter (my choice). Also upstairs is a meeting room that you can reserve. The counter to order is at the back of the shop, which can feel a little distracting if you are sitting downstairs, with people lining up across the room. On this visit, I got a super friendly greeting from the cashier. Ordered a London Fog Tea Latte (a little vanilla, a little lavender, extra foam) in a mug, and a blueberry lemon scone. They do a nice job with the latte, and the scone was very good (might ask to have it warmed up next time). The place has a great vibe. The staff seem to enjoy themselves and treat everyone with kindness and respect. It's a great example of what a coffee shop should be.

Things that were off-putting: seems like a local fan-favorite and outsiders passing through are "meh". Not the warm and fuzzy welcome / vibe I typically find and enjoy at a coffee shop. Also the main entrance is not accessible. However, we did discover an accessible ramp on the side of the building (all under construction / roped off at the time of our visit but good to know for future visits). Lastly, it's a small and cozy place but there was a lot of merch scattered about where maybe an extra table could have been squeezed in. Just some thoughts!
