The presentation is absolutely stunning--the dishes come out looking just like the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. The overall experience took about an hour and a half, including the wait to order, but the customer service was friendly and attentive. They did forget my gelato and my cousin's order at first, but once we let them know, they made it quickly and got it to us without any issues, which we appreciated. This was a unique experience for a birthday outing. All of the dishes were beautifully made and tasted amazing. I enjoyed the chai tea as well. They definitely had a rush as we got there and they kept up wonderfully with each order, and all with a smile. The restaurant was clean and neat, though we had a few gnats that buzzed around (I suppose with all of the fresh fruit it's hard to combat that). I would definitely come back. The only thing I'd say is, I'd change the menu a bit with the amount of items that have milk, white, & Belgium chocolate, it's like almost every item. I was excited to finally try the Dubai cup but sadly the service left a bad taste in my mouth. I walked in, it looks like there's 1 worker and 1 customer sitting waiting for their order. I had already spent a 5 solid minutes looking over the menu and walked over to the register. The worker was in view but busy working on an order.
