All they offered to us was to replace food and drinks that we already ordered (they screwed up) and in the end paid full price for. Ruined our anniversary meal and all we wanted was an acknowledgment that the service got screwed up, not get ghosted. Sadly this was one of our favorite restaurants and we sadly won't be back. I love their cutlets as they're nice and crispy and all the toppings are fresh and delicious. Their French fries are phenomenal with that extra crispy coating like I like on a fry. Last time I came in my with my aunt and she had the fried ravioli which I felt could have been a little crispier but their marinara sauce was a great addition.
