I love Supreme. Everything I get from here far exceeds my expectations. The salads are huge and if you add chicken it's almost too much of a portion it's so generous. The calzones are massive and full, the steak and cheese and chicken parm calzones are particularly great. The steak and sausage subs are delicious. I like that they are one of the rare places that serves pastrami because it's my mom's favorite, and it's not too fatty like some pastrami. I tried their Alfredo the other day and just like everything else, I was not disappointed. They're also the only place I've found around that has the flat chicken tenders I like, and their fries and onion rings are the best. I don't think this place ever misses food wise. As well their staff is friendly and professional every time. They even called one time to ensure a modification I put on my order was done correctly. Top service, top food. What a shame they decided to cheap out on food products without mentioning it in the menu or when you order, same price (of course). It used to be one of the better subs around. The pizza is not the best. My litmus test is a plain pie and theirs is very greasy and the crust doesn't stand up too well to that. The flavors are good, though. Surprisingly, this pizza is not better cold. Not sure why, but I always look forward to a cold slice the next day and it is not appetizing. Their fries are good and the chicken tenders are fantastic. "Small" sizes are actually huge and pricy, making me believe it's a one-size deal even if you say small. Food is ready in a jiffy and is always piping hot when I get there. The food is ok, nothing around here is great for pizza. I'm annoyed because twice I've ordered "no contact delivery" and both times they wrong the bell and stood waiting for me. Absolutely terrible service. Ordered food they're so called live delivery time said 60 minutes which was no problem it is what it is. We called and hour and half later she said she would check on it and call back 2 and half hours later no food and no one answers the phone. No food over three hours later and no call. The Sunburn pizza was wonderful with toppings all the way to the edges. And the staff is friendly and attentive.

Some menu items are okay, calzones are hit or miss.. Some things just aren't good, I purchased a small order of fries and it was just a soggy mess. I used come to this place pretty often because it's in the area. but I started going to this location way less since the guys behind the counter (most likely the owner) always seem rude, and he has an $8.00 minimum charge for using a credit or debt card. I used to stop by and grab a wrap or grinder but now I just go elsewhere. I mean come on, this is 2016 a lot of people prefer not to carry cash. I'll go to medway pizza down the street instead and get better quality food and support people who care about their business. Avoid this one if you can! Ok so I was looking for some good Italian pizza and recieved in the mail a menu. The pizza on the menu looks awesome. So I ordered a large cheese. When I called the employee who answered didn't great me or even say the name if buisness only to hear " pick up or delivery" anyways the pizza was expensive and when I got home and opened it it sure as heck wasn't Italian pizza but a horrible a attempt at a Greek pie. Hell I give it a shot. The worst pizza I ever had. I've had microwave pizza better than this. Wasn't my cup of tea. It lacked any taste. Dripping with oil. Sure Greek pizza has lots of oil(greese) but has lots of taste. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone read more

I live near there and every so often I go in. For the most part the subs and pizza were just ok and nothing special. The other day I order something new off the menu, the Monte Cristo wrap. OMG this wrap was incredible. Looks like they turned things around. The only thing I would want them to change is the online menu, printed menu and on site menu are different. read more

I am not sure about the negative reviews. However, my husband and I happened to indulge in the subs that they offer and I must say that the subs were delicious! I got a Chicken stir fry sub - mouthwatering and fresh! My husband got the buffalo chicken sub and he was a happy camper. The owner then ridiculed the only polite emplyees for not giving him the correct order. He proceeded to slap unfresh tuna onto my sandwich. I returned the sandwich after tasting it. He rudely inquired what was wrong with the sanwich. I told him his rude misconduct to the polite emplyees made me loose my appetite along with his fishy low grade tuna. I'm giving this 3 stars, even though my favorite dishes there get 5. I LOVE the pesto chicken and buffalo chicken pizzas, and they're staples in my house. The prices are also pretty reasonable for the sizes, but most of the rest of the menu doesn't hold a lot of appeal for me. I go there occasionally with friends, but most of the time this is the "delivery" option for us, because the place doesn't really have an atmosphere. It has a cafeteria with TVs feel to it. Still, I love those two pizzas and we order them all the time (and they recognize our address when we call from our cell phones, which makes it easier). If you want to pay by credit card over the phone, be sure to mention it fast, before they hang up. read more

The food and hygiene at this restaurant is less than impressive. My pizza came undercooked and soggy (I attempted to salvage it for the benefit of the doubt but to no avail) . Not to mention the tables were sticky and smelled of old food. A girl who works there was on her phone ignoring the customers in front of her and had the audacity to act rudely towards me when I came to pick up my food. My friend's daughter went in for a job and was subjected to a rather uncomfortable meeting. Her daughter has also admitted to me that the way female employees are treated is far from appropriate and more often than not comments are made about girl's bodies and looks, rather than how they are doing at the job at hand.
