I've been on my weight loss journey since 2010. A planet fitness member since 2012, with a track record of about 5 visits. So much so that I can't even remember if that's the purple gym or the yellow and red one lol. I didn't have much support along my journey so my only UP was my initial weight loss...after that, it's been a struggle to stay on track. I would imagine a life of fitness, I could see it, I reached for it, but I never seemed to get a good grasp on it. I saw a video on Facebook for NonStop Fitness and decided once again to take a leap, determined to make it work this time just like all the other times... I messaged them on Facebook and they got right back to me with an appointment. I walked in a few days later and was greeted by David. He immediately asked me my goals and I instantly felt welcomed and knew this was the right place for me. Each day my workout is personalized for my needs. David pushes me to my limits! My first week, sit-ups made me emotional, lol seriously, because they were so tough to do! 2 weeks ago the whole gym heard me yelp in excitement after doing 100 sit-ups solo, and almost everyone gave me a high five or a huge smile, and that's the best part of Non Stop! We are a family and EVERYONE is welcome. Next best part, THE RESULTS! my body has changed dramatically!! My last weigh in I am down 10 lbs and 12 inches! And holy muscles! I've talked about David, my trainer, however theirs plenty more to choose from, with all the same qualifications and great qualities as mine! And since I've started with them, they have moved to a BRAND NEW facility! With so much more equipment, unlimited training, and CLASSES! Lastly, it's AFFORDABLE! I pay a monthly fee for my unlimited one on one personalized training with a 3 month commitment. Although i started my weight loss journey before finding Non Stop Fitness, I'm finally on the highway, with the pedal to the medal....and I couldn't have done it without finding my new family at Non Stop Fitness! I trained with David at nonstop fitness years ago (at his old location). I decided to go back once the new location opened, and I must say I'm in love with the new location. There's a variety of different equipment (weights, machines, cardio equipment, and even a floor space). The gym, dressing rooms, and bathrooms are always clean. The atmosphere is always upbeat and everyone is friendly. There is never any judgement, You'll see people with all different shapes and sizes all working towards a common goal. It really gives off a "family" vibe. I recently started my fitness journey with my trainer Eboni on 4/25, I wanted a female trainer because I thought I'd be more comfortable with a female trainer (nothing against the males, they're all great at what they do. I was right "eb" makes me feel so comfortable. She pushes my body to limits I didn't know I could reach. She also focuses on my personal needs to help me achieve my fitness goals. One thing I love about her is that she didn't try to kill me our first few sessions. She carfully observed what I can do and she's been gradually pushing me more and more ever since. Eboni also created a meal plan for me and even sent me YouTube link to keep up my fitness goals at home. I haven't missed a session since (and I'm someone who hates working out). I train two days a week with my trainer and I have excess to the gym (it's all included in the package). I think I'm going to try out one of the classes (yes they host classes like boot camp and soca). I would definitely recommend nonstop fitness and it's trainers! read more

The personal training package is the best value. You get an hour of training 4 days a week and unlimited group classes. With the group classes, you get to experience different trainers and they all kick your butt. What I like most about this facility is the energy from the trainers and the patrons. It feels like we're all on the same team. It's very inclusive. Everyone speaks to each other and encourages each other whether they know you personally or not. I also like how the trainers teach you how to do a lot with just your body weight and few equipment. It made me stronger. If you're thinking about joining, I suggest you check them out. The basic membership includes all group classes and access to the gym. The group classes have something for everybody from soca dance to bootcamp style workouts. Honestly....the best gym ever!! I originally started going for the SocaPhit class. It's a high energy, Caribbean style dance class that is guaranteed to make you sweat and feel the burn. LOVE IT! It's obvious the owners are passionate about fitness and really care about helping clients achieve their goals. I love how they make you feel like you're a part of a big family. They offer "Non Stop" support, motivation, and even a little healthy competition between trainers and clients. I just started personal training and I'm impressed with the prep work that my trainer puts in to optimize each session for me. I've never felt this comfortable at any other gym. Kudos to the owners and their team for creating an environment that encourages you to return and to challenge yourself daily. read more

Just started my journey at non stop fitness but i am so happy i took the leap and went in. It is honestly the best gym I've been to. I am not one for working out... I've always struggled with it and dreaded it honestly... but i have to say in the few weeks I've been going i have noticed a difference and actually look forward to it. The staff is awesome. Everyone is so helpful. David is a beast! But in a good way. He motivates me to work hard and apply myself.. even when i give him a hard time. The atmosphere is also great. I was very skeptical to opt for a personal training, but I'm glad that when I did I chose Non-Stop Fitness. I have had the best experience and was able to reach my goal. Lost almost 30 lbs.
