Went to Noobai to eat and work on site. Had a decent bite--ordered the tenderloin-- and though it wasn't medium rare as requested it was definitely tasty. The potatoes, broccoli and tomatoes were well seasoned too. Sadly, the WiFi was down and the area extremely noisy due to construction. The construction was responsible for the WiFi interruption according to the waiter. Service was friendly but they were also admittedly understaffed and it was impossible to have a convo with all the nearby work. Hopefully this will not last into the fall. My recommendation-- check this place out at night, for the view at the very least. Skip the daytime trip (unless street drilling is your cup of tea.)

Several levels of seating with amazing views!

We were quickly attracted to Noobai because of the views! There's I believe 3 levels to the restaurant so don't worry if you come and the top section is full. The views and comfort of this place make you never want to leave (there's even blankets on every chair incase it gets cold!) The staff was very friendly and spoke perfect English to us! We were quickly seated and attended to. We tried a few things from the menu and some were a hit and some were a miss. SUPER YES to the Warm Mushroom Salad which I still crave. The Feta and Olives tapas were also very good. NO to the Smoked Salmon Naan. It was very plain and didn't have much going on. I definitely recommend this spot for at least one meal if the weather is nice and warm. It's very relaxing and the views can't be beat.

Noobai is the kind of place that my 17-year-old backpacker self would have loooooved even more than my 30-year-old honeymooner self did. The cheap drinks! The flirty bartenders! The romantic views from multi-level terraces! The chill 90s music! It's a magical place that's accessible to all ages and budgets; the kind of place you'll want to end your night at, every night, when in Lisbon. The best memories are made on rooftop bars with river views, but there are only a handful of them to be found in Lisbon. Noobai and Park were two of our faves. Noobai is more laid back, casual and less club-like. Park is more hip and sceney, with slightly higher-up views. Both are worth a trip, but Noobai is more approachable if you're feeling a little scruffy. My favorite part was when I ordered a pina colada, but was convinced it didn't have any rum in it. I marched up to the bar and nicely asked for an extra splash of rum. The bartender happily agreed, and with a mischievous smile, proceeded to top off my glass with a few shots of top-shelf dark rum. It took me all night to suck it down, it was so strong. I could taste the rum this time - not complaining! Good vibes, great views, golden memories. Thanks Noobai!

Lovely view. This was from the bottom terrace so it's even better from the top terrace

What a lovely setting. We sat here in the evening for a drink and a snack before dinner (a good way to try lots of different places and ALL the food when you're on holiday!). We were fortunate to get a table at the front so had an unspoilt view looking over the rooftops to the river. When the sun went down the bridge had lights twinkling on it which looked really pretty. The wine we chose wasn't the best but it grew on us. We ordered the croquettes and they were the best though. I could have eaten them all night. Crispy on the outside, soft and creamy on the inside. Just how a croquette should be. It was a busy spot but I just wish the sun set in that direction as that would be a magnificent view. Can't complain about that though!

    Octopus, croquettes and sangria

Such a beautiful view of Lisbon, and the food is absolutely wonderful. The perfect place to catch up with friends, enjoy a lovely meal, and sip sangria. The octopus here is so tender and flavorful. The appetizers are all perfectly satisfying, and the drinks hit the spot. Truly an iconic, hidden gem in Lisbon.

Ce bar est extra. Avec une vue sur la ville et le Tage, c est un endroit parfait pour un apéro à l'heure du coucher de soleil. L'équipe est très sympa et le dîner excellent (bacalhau notamment).

We went here for lunch on a Sunday noon in December. I thought it would be a little bit too cold but it was just great! The view is truly amazing and the food tastes very good. The service is a little slow but that's totally fine when one can enjoy a view like this! ;)

Beautiful view..which you pay for with the drink prices. Did not eat here, so no comment on the food.

What makes it special is watching the pastries being handmade right in front of you, which adds a level of freshness and craftsmanship that you can actually taste. The service was super fast and friendly. The pastel de nata came out perfectly, with that delicate flaky crust and warm custard that just hits differently when you know it was made moments ago. The espresso was equally impressive, rich and smooth, and the two together make for a simple but near perfect combination. If you are in the area, this is an easy and very satisfying stop.

The crust was super flaky and the tart was nice and warm out of the oven, but I didn't like the flavor of the custard. I did forget to add cinnamon to the top, but I don't think it would have helped me personally. The woman who stood next to me at the counter had a nearly orgasmic experience next to me, so it's obvious that my taste buds are apparently off. I loved the patience of the server, who got confused when I told her I wanted to eat in but wanted to take water to go. Note to self...Portuguese folks want to have their "to go" as "takeaway." What I also didn't know was that there was no place to sit!! I scooted down the counter just like all the other folks to watch the bakers prep the next gozillion pastries for the day. That was interesting. Then, I didn't know how to bus my dishes. I just left them on the counter like all the other folks and went away. I wouldn't skip going because of my personal taste buds, though. Enjoy it for yourself and let me know if you have a different opinion than I did!

From the moment we were seated, Cristina took her time in welcoming us and explaining every item on the menu. We got extremely lucky in beating the dinner rush and submitting our orders in. The subsequent groups who came in were simply turned away or quoted at least an hr wait. Even with full house, our foods came in a reasonable time. With her recommendation, we went with seafood bake for 2 and BBQ pork in 4 diff cuts (we wanted to try a little bit of everything). The seafood bake was beyond amazing - there were literally 4 diff types of WHOLE fish (cod, salmon, bass?, can't tell the last one), along with dozen of fresh shrimp with shells still on and clams! The pot felt bottomless with seafood. It took us literally an hr just to power through this dish. The seafood bake's sauce was so yummy that my husband started throwing in his side potato to soak up the flavor. Towards the end, he straight up spooned and drank it. The bbq pork was so juicy and flavorful! My husband really enjoyed the bacon cut - fatty yet crispy. The side salad was so refreshing with its light, house made dressing. Honestly, we couldn't be any happier with our dinner! Too bad we were so stuffed that we didn't get to try their desserts. What an incredible meal! Amazing food and heartwarming service - Cristina even took the time to come by our table to check and chat with us during dinner rush - we couldn't ask for more. Price was a steal especially for how much food we got - around 50 Euros. Would definitely return if we ever revisit Lisbon!

We were peeking at the menu outside when the owner, Christina, ushered us in and assured us she'd prepare something to our liking. She did not disappoint. We each started with a drink; my colleague had a beer and I had a red wine. We shared a cheese appetizer and olive appetizer. The cheese was very...fragrant?...but seriously delicious and creamy. It was served with a side of honey which we both drizzled on our bread with each (admittedly three total for each of us) serving. For our mains, we had fish. I had the salmon, served with stewed vegetables and salad. He had the cod entree. We were both initiated into the clean-plate club, with very little left for rinsing. For dessert we tried the carob mousse (my favorite!) and the chocolate cake (delicious, but the mousse takes the cake -- no pun intended). The waiter, Antonio, was an absolute gem, and treated us to a digestif following our dessert. Having already had two glasses of wine, I should have passed on the digestif, but when in Lisbon, you do as Antonio tells you. I had the most fantastic evening with Christina and her crew, and upon future visits to Lisbon I will make it a must to visit again.
