This was advertised on the road signs on the way to Soboba Casino. I must say it was good and accurate advertisement because it a nice restaurant with delicious food and excellent service. The tables are far apart from each other due to social distancing. I feel safe to eat here because it was not crowded and other parties are not near me. The service was outstanding. Every question I asked was answered and they provided everything we needed with a smile. We were here on 1/28/2021 14:22. I forgot our servers' names but they were all outstanding. We ordered: 1. Calamari $10 - they used the baby squids which are my preferred size for calamari. They were crispy, delicious, and it could feed 2-3 people. It was served with sweet chili sauce. 2. Fry Seafood Udon $19 - this is one of my favorite fry noodle dish and I must say they make pretty delicious fry seafood udon noodle here. They put lots of seafood: squid, shrimp, and scallop. This could also feed 2-3 people. 3. Gal Bi $21 - The meat was cooked to perfection: medium rare with awesome marinate flavor. It was served with white rice and kim chi. This could feed 1-2 people. I highly recommend this restaurant, if you're here at Soboba Casino. I would definitely come back to try more food from their menu. read more

The ambiance is was great! Super clean, with good decoration, the set up of the tables is pretty spacious. You're not sitting super close to the other table. Food was ok. I'm giving this spot a 4 mainly because of pricing. I ordered kung pao shrimp. And it was $34. Portioning is for family sharing, and the shrimp was pretty decent sized. But it seemed like the pricing on some of the items were pretty high. My friend got pad Thai, and for some reason the noodles were an odd color. They have a good selection of sake too, $20 for the mango and strawberry sake bottles. (I found the same ones at a liquor store for about $12). The food was good, but the pricing just doesn't reflect for me. Service was also okay. The waitress wasn't too attentive. Our table asked for water and an extra shot glass about 2-3 times. read more

This was a favorite of mine until this last visit. Food was bland.... Fried rice and pad Thai. The granny was too chewy and also lacked flavor. The walnut shrimp were sardine but the rest was very disappointing. More so because we had out of town guests. I'll have to rethink this as a go to place with guests. Awful service. Waitress took several people's orders that sat down long after me before even acknowledging me. She never came and checked on me. I needed a refill for most of the meal, and she never showed up to check on me. I finally flagged down another waitress and asked for a refill after my meal was already finished....and then she never brought it. ‍ On top of that, the pad thai that I ordered "extra spicy" was extremely bland, tasteless and had no spice at all. Went during the week, not too busy,seated quickly and staff came over immediately. Pretty extensive menu, the only thing lacking was any vegetable side dishes. If you like your Asian food this place isn't great. What Asian restaurant doesn't serve rice with your main dish? Here you have to request and pay for a side of rice. I asked for s side of rice and never received it. I watched our server continue doing other things that wasn't necessary. Our food got cold and never ate our food. Food flavor isn't good and is not what it usually is at an Asian restaurant. Never will eat the over priced Asian food again. read more

Went on a Wednesday around 5pm. Restaurant was pretty dead but very clean. Personally I feel like it's very over priced for the food, it wasn't anything amazing, could definitely use some more salt or spices everything was kinda bland. My favorite dishes was the orange chicken it was tasty! I really appreciated the large pieces of chicken instead of an excess amount of breading. The Ube butter cake absolutely was the star of the show. I can't stop thinking about how great it was. One of the best calamari appetizers I've had. Lightly battered and fried to perfection. They use the smaller squid so that it's an evenly mix of tentacles to body parts. The lobster fried rice has visible chunks of lobster. And the pho broth is decent even without having to add additional flavoring. Decor is simple and nice. Large open air concept to both the kitchen and the casino floor. Prices are what you expect at any casino. Plenty of booths and tables. Not sure if they utilize the space well especially during COVID but not a huge deal. Hours are better than the rest of the restaurants but no 24 hour location. Staff is friendly. Food comes out fairly quick. Overall, always delicious food and have ordered the calamari each time. read more

Delicious Chinese food! Also, very attentive waitress we had! We ordered a spicy edamame, egg flower soup, and a couple of shrimp dishes, which were all very flavorful. This was in a casino, so there was plenty of parking. I would definitely come back here for the Chinese food. Yummy! read more

We had another wonderful experience at the "Noodle Bar" and the main casino bar at the Soboba Resort this evening. Today was my wife's birthday and her choice for dinner was the "Noodle Bar" at Soboba Casino. We have always had great meals there and tonight's offerings were no exception. I ordered the Pad Thai w/ chicken and Alyson opted for Kung Po Chicken with a side of steamed rice. Our food was delicious and bountiful, easily enough for another meal. Michael, our waiter took great care of us, the wine was good, and the planets all aligned for a wonderful dinner experience. After dinner we opted for a cocktail at the main bar in the Casino. This where it really got fun. I ordered an " Old Fashioned " and a Makers on ice, but they didn't have any bitters for the "Old Fashioned " so we opted for a a "Rusty Nail", opps, no Drambuie, so we tried a "Manhattan", again, no bitters, lastly, and quite good was a Lemon Drop Martini. Our bartender was very nice and really took the time to search for the bitters and Drambuie. All I can say to the bar management group is: Stock your bars and teach your bartenders how to do something more than pouring beer and wine. Don't get me wrong, I really like this place, but it could be improved if management wants to take the time and expense to do it. read more

We go to the Noodle Bar often. We like the shrimp appetizers very much and the Calamari is also very good and crispy. We also like the orange chicken and yakisoba. The service is very good and friendly. The restaurant is somewhat open to the casino floor but still cozy. read more

Visited the noodle bar on our trip to Soboba the other weekend. Amanda was a phenomenal server that was prompt, communicative, and friendly all around. Not only was her service the highest quality, but the food was as well. My wife loved the kung pao chicken and I was a big fan of the Pho. The staff checked on us many times and even the supervisor Abel offered a complimentary dessert for her birthday. Will be returning here many times in the future. read more

Honey walnut shrimp is the star of the place. Last time I got kung pao chicken the chicken was way too fried kinda dry. Went here a couple times while staying at the resort. Everything was really good- had salt and pepper fish (highly recommend) and the Singapore curry noodles (love how they do fried tofu). What makes this place extra special is the service. Leslie was so sweet on the first night and helped us find a great sake. The second night, Juan took such great care of us and was a total sweetheart. It's fun to sit on the "patio" and people watch in the casino area. read more

The good report first. The food was flavorful and delicious. The bad?.. the service was horrible. We were sat down immediately with about 4 other small parties seated. The service took our order promptly but the food didn't come out. 25-30 minutes passed, other parties were seated and served. No one checked on us at all, not even the manager who was overlooking the restaurant. We finally asked what was taking so long and the server lied saying they were busy. Yes, they did get more people after we were seated, but I wouldn't call it busy. 10 min asking for our food, they finally brought our ramen and pho out. We also ordered calamari, but that never came out. There were no apologies, even from the manager, however she did manage to stare at our table often after that. read more

Major disappointment tonight. I was seated at the bar top and waited a good 15 minutes before anybody even said hello, finally some came by to take my order, egg drop soup, kung, pow chicken and barbecue pork fried rice. Finally about 15 minutes later, my food arrived soup and the entrées at the same time.?? Most all places give you soup 1st then the entrées. Soup was good, Kung pow was inedible dry hard stale tasting chicken, Hardly any veggies and an extremely large amount of those dry hard peppers just horrible. The bbq pork fried rice also was just bad!! The pieces of pork were also dried and old tasting. I returned the kung pow chicken in ordered something else I don't remember the name of it, but it was chopped up Korean beef with bean sprouts. That was a little better but honestly not by much I took most of it home for my dog. I have been here in the past, and the food was better than this time around, even though it was comped for my Casino play I still feel like it was a waste. I should've went to the café instead nobody even came up to me and said sorry about the food or asked if the new plate was better no real customer service just a weird bad experience at this restaurant for me. read more

The Noodle Bar has some really fantastic dishes. We almost always order the Brussels sprouts, stir fry spicey shrimp and the Lo mein noodles with veggies. Always delicious always plenty of food. The waiters Juan and Micheal have always have treated us first class. They are very polite, courteous and professional . The restaurant is very clean and comfortable. There were some hit and miss with the food. The calamari and chicken wings had wonderful flavor. The calamari was lightly breaded and the chicken wings had great garlic flavor though I wouldn't say it's spicy. The salmon fried rice was disappointing. It was too oily and portion was too small for the price. I also ordered the combination pho and it had very little meat and noodles in it. Very disappointing. The honey walnut shrimp was good and the ube dessert was tasty. Overall it was underwhelming for the price and the line was about 30-40 minutes. The customer service was great. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food needs improvement and bigger portions for the price. read more

This restaurant is located inside Soboba Casino & Resort. Typical Casino parking situation. There is no vallet services. Once inside it is your typical casino vibe of smoke filled air and the sound of gaming. When you arrive there is always a wait. They'll hand you a device that vibrates when your table is ready. You have a choice of sitting inside or right outside the entrance. It is setup with a few tables. We opt to sit inside instead of having patrons constantly passing by your table starring you down. Inside you have a view of the kitchen in front of you. The menu has a very good variety of items. Your picky eater can find something they'd like. A few times we've sat at sticky tables and walked across a sticky floor. The staff is friendly and your food does come out very fast. read more
