OUTSTANDING PHO!! I have been looking for along time for decent pho in the San Jacinto/hemet area and finally found a place that exceeds expectations!! This place is worth the wait in line! The prices are super affordable, the staff is attentive and courteous and the food is mind blowing. The beef pho, veggie egg rolls and edamame (sp?) were the best I've ever had. We loved the Noodle Bar! We ate there three times while staying at the resort. We loved: 1. The service. 2. The Orange Chicken (big chunks of white meat chicken). Frankly, this is the best I have ever had. 3. The Yakisoba. The noodles were perfect and perfectly seasoned. 4. The proximity to the casino and the rooms. 5. That they allowed my husband to bring in his burger, from a different casino restaurant, so that he could eat with us. 6. The manager came by on 2 occasions to see how we were doing and to make conversation. We did not like: 1. Bulgogi. My son and I are huge fans of bulgogi (Korean BBQ beef.) The recipe for bulgogi calls for flank steak cut against the grain. Other ingredients are soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, sesame seeds, garlic, ginger, and crushed red peppers (like the ones you shake on pizza). If you Google bulgogi you can see how it is supposed to look. The steak pieces are supposed to be decent sized. My son & I did not recognize the dish. We tried it and knew it was mediocre or worse. We didn't eat it. My cousin was with us. She has never had bulgogi. She liked the dish. She ate it. We told her, it's not real bulgogi. When the manager came over to ask how our meal was, I did not tell him that the bulgogi was disappointing. I said everything was fine. My 30 year old son finds it to awkward to complain at a restaurant. I rarely ever have concerns or complaints. However, if my order is incorrect, I inform. I used to be a server. I'd rather have the customer be happy. On this day, I wanted my son to be happy. I would absolutely go there again. That orange chicken is so yummy. My other cousin had a pink noodle soup. I have no idea if he liked it. I tried it. I didnt care for it. read more

This place is the best. The restaurant is found inside of Soboba Casino. They are open late on the weekend until 1am. If you are ever here I suggest you try this place out. It is a bit pricey but so worth it. Both time I've been here I have not been disappointed at all. First time we went I got a mixed seafood dish and we shared the beef pho soup. This beef pho soup is so delicious, the broth is so flavorful. Second time we came we got the same beef pho which to my surprise is very consistent in flavor, which is a huge plus. We also got the orange chicken which was good, the sweet & sour chicken which was so good. This was my favorite dish it was nice and crispy and done with pure white chicken meat how i like it. We also got the bulgogi beef which was ok. We all also got a side of steamed rice which is only $2 or a pretty good portion. The soup is enough for 4 people if you'd like to share. It's good enough that you might not want to share. The customer service is good here the staff is nice and they are constantly coming to your table to make sure you don't need anything. There was a bit of a wait, but we got free slot play which helped the time pass quickly. The food was delicious and our waitress was extremely attentive! Food was very disappointing, not a lot of flavor in the dishes we had, beef pho, broth was very bland, noodle dish was a little soggy and no flavor, garlic wings were just ok, expected more flavor in the wings. 1st timers here at Soboba Hotel/Casino. Nice n clean but Noodle bar No No Bueno!! Calamari was delish but most of dish was the breading. 1/4 of the dish was calamari the rest breading and cabbage. I ordered the honey walnut shrimp and the shrimp n sauce was ok but I've had better and the walnuts OMG they were very sticky n chewy. Never had that b4!! I love combining the 2 when eating this dish but this time I left all the walnuts alone. My wife had the crispy chow mein which had no flavor and the noodles tasted stale and old. Bye bye NB never again. Soboba replace this place!! I wasted my $60 n left no tip becuz service was just as worse. Cashier was very nice tho. Bad experience. My server put in our order wrong (mistakes happen), but then after waiting about 15-20 minutes, a food runner brought our food out. Wrong plate. She walked away and came back and said I brought you the wrong plate. I will bring the right one out. Waiting and waiting, my daughter finally asks where the right plate is, and the girl seemed annoyed with us. I get up to go speak to a manager, and a bunch of servers/food runners were behind our table in an earshot of us... talking about the situation. Not really impressed. We sat down thinking it was a noodle based eatery . Only 4 or so noodle offerings. So we ordered appetizers tempura shrimp. Shrimp egg rolls and calimari. Although the egg rolls and shrimp tempura were pre packaged they were ok the egg rolls were by far the best of the lot. The calimari was very inedible. Either cooked too long or old or both. Also was not actually calimari but the head portion with tentacles, no rings or strips at all. When we told our server about it. We did not get an Apology or anything. I was only able to eat a single bite.... Hard chewy no taste etc. Would have been nice to at least get some kind of acknowledgment. Great food, friendly staff. This place did not disappoint! The food was such good quality. We got the pot stickers as an appetizer and they were tasty and crispy. There were no gross or unpleasant (chewy, stringy, or overly breaded) pieces of chicken in the orange chicken, which is something so rare to come by. Food was overall great.
