The business is closed. There is a Jasmine Chinese noodle place next door. We are going to try the sweet and sour chicken.

They're selections are a little basic - there are really only a handful of box meal options and about the same number of side orders available. This seems to be the strength of the place - focusing on preparing a few key dishes to a decent standard. On this visit I went for the 'Sweet Box' while my friend opted for the 'Hot Box'. Mine was nice but, as is so often the way, I really wish I had gone with what my friend got; spiced, tangy sauce tender pork and chicken and crisp stir-fry vegetables - delicious. I guess the pak choi is always greener on the other side. If there is a downside it's that even for good quality fast food it is a little pricey, at almost £6 for a large box - although really this no more than you would pay for an 'ultimate' wrap at Barburrito. All that aside, the service was fast -if a little brusque - and the food was hot and tasty. And if you sit in the window you get a perfect view of people spending their money at Subway when they should have just tried here instead.

Well if you don't know I'm sure you'll figure it out by my gushing review. Now this place does the cute little cardboard boxes and chopsticks, like an American TV show - personally I think this is the main appeal! It is becoming very popular, possibly a new fast food phenomenon. My favourite set box is the hot-box, but if I'm honest I always make my own because I have to pick out the shrimps which seem to dominate every box they serve. Plus making your own is fun. The food is fresh - it just doesn't have the same sparkle as Wok It.
