I removed the cotija and just ate the pepper along with the accompanying rice and beans. It was not my finest relleno moment. Other than that, the experience wasn't bad. The place is quaint and clean, and the servers were very friendly. I probably should have just said something about the relleno, but also I felt like it was my fault because the menu did specify cotija. I just hadn't considered how salty that might be.
