Came here for Thanksgiving dinner and very impressed. They did an amazing job baking real turkey it seems. Their stuffing was unique, different spices than used to and a lot of carrots, plus a few onions, very good. It came with a large salad as well. A one stop restaurant with a little bit of everything. It is not fancy but it does feel like a family owned spot. The menu has burgers, pastas, tacos, gyros, steaks, soup etc . I would compare their menu to a condensed menu of one from the Cheese Cake Factory. Our group of 5 was promptly seated , our waitress didn't miss a beat and our food came out fairly fast. My wife and I recently moved to Everson from California. This place was recommended to us by my cousins. To those of you that have made comments about the front of this place, I must say, never judge a book by its cover. I've been here twice and only lived here 4 days. The jr burger for seniors at 8.95 is priced within a budget. Certainly was worth it. My wife and I split the full order of biscuits and gravy. 3 eggs bacon and hash browns. We had a very nice conversation with our waitress (Anya). I got to connect with a local that lives nearby us and used to milk cows on my uncles dairy farm years ago. Quiet but not empty on a Sunday after 1 pm. Service was great. Food was good. The Pasta Alfredo was perfect for my wife--apparently no pepper since it didn't burn her chemo mouth. My Kung Pow Chicken was a tad salty for my taste. The plain white rice helped with the slightly overly salty sauce ( for my taste). Overall nice meal, nice place. I went here for lunch with a friend and we were impressed by the friendly staff, varied huge menu and the quality/portions taste of the food. I had the special birria taco plate which was really good and my friend had the Thai basil noodles special which was also very good. Each of our entrees would have been enough to feed two people! I have been twice now to Three Flavors Kitchen and was really impressed with the food. I had grilled lamb chops with mashed potatoes and veggies the first night (it was on the special board) and it was some of the best lamb I have ever had. The seasonings were delicious and the lamb grilled to perfection. The 2nd time I got the pistachio pesto penne with chicken and again was really impressed with the quality of the food. Both times the service was outstanding and made us feel welcome and appreciated. 5 stars and two thumbs up for sure read more

I understand that most restaurants aren't able to fully cater to "special diets", but in the 4 years I've lived nearby, I've been unable to find a SINGLE thing on their lunch or dinner menu because I'm a vegetarian. Came for breakfast and it was good/ok. The basics are great - eggs, waffles, bacon etc. I got the traditional eggs Benny. Eggs were done well but the sauce lacked flavor & same with hashbrowns. The ham was deli sliced ham which I did not like. I was expecting a piece of ham vs. deli lunch ham. The chicken fried steak was missing enough gravy and it was ok but again lacked some flavor. Three flavors....what can I say. Some restaurants stay in business due their convenient location, some stay in business due to a cult like following of customers; it doesn't matter what it looks like and taste like. I've ate at 3 flavors off and on for the last 3 years. And it seems that if you keep it simple it's not bad. But if you order something that takes time, effort and experience to cook, they are not good. It's my opinion that probably half the product that they make is premade frozen. It looks, and tastes like it. The chili relonno we ordered was absolutely disgusting. Indeed, the very opposite of appetizing. It truly looks like the by product of an irritable bowl. Wow. I wouldn't spend one penny at this restaurant ever. My friend received a frozen chicken nugget meal after ordering a chicken strip basket which is expensive. When we called, they said it was a mistake and when she talked to the owner about getting her money back for the difference the owner as ridiculously rude hung up on her! He was blaming her for it when she didn't order it and was charged $42 for it with a pasta dish. Gross business practice. read more

Good food but inconsistent. 2 times ago I got the nooksack town scramble. The first time I couldn't tell there was any cheddar cheese same with my father in law who got the same thing as me. We went Sunday morning and I asked to substitute the sausage for bacon since I don't like sausage. They charged me $3.45 extra for that. I asked for extra cheddar cheese got charged for that but couldn't even tell it was any extra at all. There also was no mushrooms to be found in my scramble which its suppose to come with them. Do I need to always ask for extra of something to get what it should already include? And substituting a meat for another meat shouldn't cost any extra. Getting frustrating. I've had their prime rib dinner which is always exceptional this morning I thought I would try their biscuits and gravy for breakfast. I must say the biscuits were fluffy and light the gravy tasted wonderful three eggs and a patty sausage that were delightful. I would recommend this to anybody that likes good biscuits and gravy. Myself and my family have gone to this restaurant on many occasions over the past 5-6 years so I feel confident in my star rating. The Pro's imho are the location; not far from where we live (which is a plus because there's not a lot of options out here) and on a main road with plenty of parking. The atmosphere and furnishings are simple, no frills, down home cozy. I love sitting by the huge front windows and watching the world while I eat. Staff has always been super friendly, and the food is good, not fab, but good! The Cons, prices on some things for the portion and quality isn't good. The service is unreliable; the past FOUR visits they have messed up our orders, and they don't deliver everyone's food at the same time, I'm personally always getting my food when my family is already done. The actual cook of items is inconsistent, my French dip has been SUPER delish, and also over cooked and dry like leather. Their garlic fries are fire, but one persons will have loads of garlic mix and another's will have very little. I will recommend going to others but my tip is, don't go with more than 4 people. They do better when it's smaller tables and not during peak meal times. It is good food and again, the staff is very nice! read more

We are traveling around the country and came across this little gem of a restaurant, and were so glad we did! The food was excellent, the menu huge with something for everyone. Several different types of eggs benedict -- I had the special, bay shrimp and fresh spinach -- yum! -- and breakfast is served all day. I called to ordered the deluxe burger- VERY good, gobbled that thang down. The service however, terrible. Prior to that phone call, I called to ask if there were any peanuts (I have an anaphylactic peanut allergy, so I take these things very seriously), and the woman that answered the phone's demeanor was immediately negative and untrusting when I asked. When I arrived to pick up my food, I asked, "Hey just to triple check, I was wondering if peanuts didn't go near my order," and she sounded very condescending and insensitive to my allergy saying that there were peanuts in the kitchen but she didn't know if they were around my food waved it off saying that they probably weren't. There was hardly a wait this time at all for our food and I appreciated that when we were being seated the server asked if we preferred to be under the a/c or not. Don't let the Mexican/ Italian/ Asian Fusion categories turn you away. This has become our go-to breakfast and brunch spot when we don't want to cook at home. And, they have the BEST fries!! They serve breakfast all day!! Hooray! Their omelets and scrambles are made with six, yes SIX, large eggs and come with hash browns and toast. We usually split the Italian Joe Scramble (sweet Italian sausage, spinach, FRESH mushrooms, onions and Parmesan). The scramble is nice and dry, which I prefer! The hash browns are soft in the middle and crispy on the outside. The toast is a nice thick slice of whole wheat (or sourdough or rye). Really want to try the Nutter Butter French Toast next time. We have also had lunch here. The sandwiches are huge and the fries are delicious. Lots of options on the menu, so something for everyone! Hours are 6am to 9pm Tues - Sun and 10am to 9pm on Monday. It's a small place, with maybe space for 25-30 people. Gets busy after church on Sunday. Service is excellent, and very friendly! Atmosphere is small town. Check it out! Update: I had the Nutter Butter French Toast and it was absolutely amazing!! Just the right amount of peanut butter, fresh bananas, wonderful cream. The toast is wonderfully crunchy on the outside. The food is plentiful. The price is right. Unfortunately the cook doesn't know how to cook fried potatoes. He cooks them wet. The water turns to steam and that cooks the potatoes. Consequently the french fries are limp and soggy and the hash browns are fried mashed potatoes. One solution many chefs use is to fry them twice. The first frying is just to dry them, not cook them. They should be removed from the heat steaming and not refried until all steam is gone. read more

This little hole in the wall prides itself in serving Mexican, Chinese and Italian food but to me what really stands out is that they also serve BREAKFAST ALL DAY! Win! Let's start with the atmosphere- currently under construction but very clean and tidy. The waitress was smiling and kind. The menus were not sticky. Ketchup, jam and syrup containers were clean and full. Food- I got myself their nutter butter French toast- French toast stuffed with peanut butter, rolled in nutter butters, topped with homemade whipped cream and bananas. I had my bananas served on the side- this dish comes with bacon or sausage for under $10! Every bite was pure, naughty, amazing and delicious. I was really full with my last bite. All of their omelettes and scrambles are made with SIX eggs! And served with hashbrowns and toast. Of course they served regular French toast, waffles, pancakes and more traditional breakfast items. I saw several Mexican and Chinese dishes being served to other patrons and they looked scrumptious as well. I'm only sorry I didn't take a picture! I ordered by phone, picked up the best meat loaf dinner I have ever had in my life in just 15 minutes! The servings are generous, to say the least. The meat loaf had a yummy crust that made me moan out loud with pleasure! The mashed potatoes were perfect. The gravy was plenty without being too much. The sliced carrots and broccoli florets were cooked to perfection with a pleasant, slightly peppery seasoning. Top off the meat and potatoes with the gravy and some grated cheese. AND it was hot! It was a pleasant surprise for my first visit. You know I will be getting to know them well in the months to come! read more

The portions are massive and depth of flavor in every dish is excellent. You can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner at any time of the day. I had the six (YES 6) egg scramble special that came loaded with chicken fried steak, red and green peppers, onions and covered in homemade gravy. Like all other scrambles it came with thick toast, homemade freezer jam, and a huge portion of hashbrowns. Total cost for the meal was $11.99 (scrambles and omelettes average $9.99-10.99 In all honesty, based on flavors alone, this is the best scramble I have ever had (one of the best breakfasts). I would give ambience a 6/10, mostly because there doesn't appear to be much. Has the feel of a small Mexican restaurant. I would go back every day if I could. read more

On a Sunday, had the Meatloaf with Broccoli and carrots. The Broccoli was too tough to eat at all. They replaced it but did not sample it, no better. The meatloaf came out a dissolved paste in your mouth . The waitress said they used different meats, nothing more was said. I told her the food was inedible. When in the area I try to stop in... I stopped by again for dinner on Valentine's day. Very busy which should be the case on a special day. We all enjoyed our food as before with mediocre, polite service. They have not upped their service game since they've opened. You folks need to better match your food with better service...like presetting the table, proper spoons with pasta orders. Shouldn't have to ask for a spoon to enjoy your great pasta dishes. I was surprised the place was still lacking ambiance or creativeness. The exterior and interior are a hodge-podge of creative nothing. An 8.5x11 sheet of paper taped to the wall in the dinning room describing some menu items written in ink pen. Marker pen board filled with daily specials hanging in the dinning room. Funky kitchen type chairs and a tremendous lack of any creation for the dinning experience. What then makes this place busy?? It's the food! Many other places can't do it. This pace can. Many other places can't get service right either but have a great looking space to dine in. This place has the food! One thing please, no two things... Three Flavors.. put some paint on the walls inside and out to tie the place together, create some ambiance. And don't charge an extra $2 bucks for 2 more flour tortillas to go with a $14.00, 3 tortilla Fajitas. You got the food so far, that's for sure. Yeah, it's alright. Not really my thing, but I can see why it appeals to others. I got the bacon cheeseburger, and my companion got the prawns stir fry/fried rice thing (I'm not finding his on the online menu, but it was a special on the wall). The veggies in his dish looked way undercooked, and he agreed that they were. I took a bite of his rice, and thought the flavor was just so-so. He thought the prawns were good, and when I asked him if they'd cleaned out the intestines, he said he thought they had. He isn't a very discerning eater, so I'm not sure I take his word for it, but his is the only one I've got to go on. When we talked about our meal later, he said his order was pretty bland. My bacon cheeseburger wasn't bad at all, it just wasn't special. It basically reminded me of a homemade burger. Unfortunately, I don't like homemade burgers. I don't know what it is about them, but they never do anything for me. I got a salad, instead of fries, and it pretty much seemed like someone dumped a bag of salad mix on the plate. Also, I got bleu cheese and ranch on the side, and though the ranch was fine, the bleu cheese wasn't good. The prices are decent. The portion sizes, however, were ENORMOUS. I not only got 2 meals out of my order, but I walked away full both times. And my appetite isn't small. My companion ate his entire dish in one sitting, which is his usual way, but he admitted it was a lot of food. If you're in the mood for some home cooking, and have a healthy appetite, I think you'll probably love this place. I honestly doubt I will make the drive for it again. read more
