Lots of options and decent quality. I got the Spicy Ginger Beef - can pick spiciness level and noodle type which is nice! Good balance of sprouts, veggies, noodles, and beef - and pretty fair bang for buck.

While eating at 8th Street Cooperative, we decided to also give Noodlebox a try. They're in the same location as Paros Real Greek and Little Lot Diner. We dropped in on a Wednesday afternoon (around 3:00pm). The inside is spacious and there's plenty of seating everywhere. Music playing was our jam (throwback R&B). I also liked how we were given real bowls and utensils (but come on, charging $1.00 extra to share a bowl? Get out of here). The menu is small with only 13 options. Mostly noodle related but there are a few other items. - Cambodian jungle curry ($11.00) - yellow curry & coconut broth, rice noodles, Asian greens, bean sprouts, peppers and cilantro. Topped with two small pieces of mango. We got our box mild (level 1) as O can't eat anything remotely spicy. Surprisingly, the curry was flavourful. They're a bit stingy on the vegetables and you don't get any protein included, which is weak. - Chili plum ($9.50) - sweet chili plum sauce, Hokkien noodles, ginger, garlic, onions, peppers, Asian greens and bean sprouts. S added two free run fried eggs ($1.25 each). Basically, a higher end version of fast food, noodle style. Alright if you're in a rush.

    Bombay Max & Cheese

This meal sounded so good when I saw it, I decided I had to try it as a mac & cheese lover, however, I was bummed when I did. This had no cheese in it at all, it was actually curry. Surprisingly, the curry was flavourful, because it's curry, but the overall dish was not at all. The noodles were super bland, and I don't know why this place calls this "Bombay Macaroni and Cheese Box" when it is actually a macaroni curry box. The upside is this place packs in a lot of food for the prices, which is amazing; you don't find that anywhere now-a-days. Sadly, don't recommend this place.

topped here for the first time to see what it's all about. The aesthetics of the place is appealing and industrial yet modern. The food is average and expensive compared to similar places. I had the ginger beef bowl and it was average and came with a lot of rice. I also paired it with some spring rolls which looked delicious but tasted somewhat odd for a fried spring roll. The experience may be different next time but it's worth checking out.

They should provide a 2nd sauce. We ordered the sweet and sour pork, which came with white steamed rice which we liked since most places you have to order rice separately, but the cubes of pork were so small, lean and quite dry and the carrots tasted old. We ordered the phingsha which was overpriced for what it was. Portion size was very small, the beef was dry and chewy. We would like to come back and try some other items, but we weren't overly impressed with our choices other than the chicken momos

Unfortunately, the online…read moreordering system was a bit quirky(not all the menu items were showing up) when my husband tried to order on his iPhone, so I had to place our order the old-fashioned way (via our landline) instead. Our food was prepared quickly (20 minutes), packed efficiently(i.e. remained hot and intact in their containers without any leakage), and was ready for hubby to pick up when he arrived. #3. Momo Platter($16): these are definitely our favourites(we prefer them steamed)! The platter includes 4 beef, 2 vegetable, and 2 tofu momos that should be eaten with their homemade chili oil sauce. #25. Chicken Gyathuk($14): this is like a chicken ramen with bits of vegetables in a flavourful broth. The chicken is shredded/torn and very tender. #26. Beef Thenthuk($14): this soup hits the spot and is so comforting on a chilly day like today. I love the thick, chewy hand pulled pasta which reminds me of the Xi'an biang biang noodles. So, in response to Jonny M., I'm sorry that you were disappointed, but these noodles are not like Chinese la mian! #27. Beef Mokthuk($16): what can we say? This soup is another winner! There are plenty of beef dumplings in this bowl for three to share!

My fiance and I ordered the curry udon, the kake udon with chicken, and a tonkatsu sando. We were pleasantly surprised with how great everything tasted. The udon is freshly made and the soups were so flavorful. The chicken was so tender and went really well with the broth. The tonkatsu sando was light and crispy and the sauce was tangy and smoky. Great spot for late night eats! It's located next to lots of bars so it was pretty loud. Servers were super nice and accommodating to let us move to a different table since it was too loud.

Of course, we must give it a try. The ambiance was amazing and made me feel like I was in Japan. We ordered two udon and hand rolls. The hand roll didn't quite meet our expectations and was a bit small, but their house soy sauce was delicious and not too salty. We ordered the shaved beef and shredded chicken udon. They were top-notch. The udon was fantastic, chewy, fresh and served with flavorful broth. We finished everything, including the broth. The portions were generous. However, the happy hour promotion was only for plain udon $8 and the meat was the regular price. It was actually a bit pricey without the happy hour promotion.

I ordered Tonkatsu Ramen and Spring Rolls and they were both delicious with super fresh ingredients. The only other time I have had ramen was in Japan, and this was definitely comparable to the quality there. The broth was wonderful, as was the pork. My only complaint food wise was the sauce the spring rolls came with. It wasn't the usual peanut sauce I would expect with this dish, but more of a soy sauce tasting sauce. Additionally, this location was very difficult to find. It was on the second floor of an office building that was locked when I tried to get inside. I called the number on the sign and it was not picked up, but after about 5 minutes or so of waiting they came down with my order and gave it to me.
