This Noodles & Co. stands out because on our recent trip home from spending Memorial Day at our lake house in Wisconsin, we stopped here and had great service. The clerk who took our order was helpful as I was juggling two kids and deciding what to order for the fam. And after we quickly got our food, she came over a couple of times to check on us, helping us get some extra silverware and napkins. The spot was clean, and the noodles were what you'd expect, which means decent portions, tasted pretty good and at a reasonable price. Also love that the kids meals come with smaller size Rice Krispy treats -- my kids' faves. My husband and I were able to eat something that wasn't a burger on our long drive home, and my kids actually ate their meals too. Noodles & Co. is a solid food option. read more

After waiting at the register for a minute the order taker walked up. Didn't say anything, just looked at me until I ordered. My Cajun fettuccine was delivered fairly quickly and with a smile. Noodles were hard but my four pieces of shrimp were good. The restaurant needs to be cleaned. I'll probably go next door to Arby's next time. read more

The staff inside were very friendly and attentive. There were minor issues using the website to make an online order, but it was resolved during the second attempt. The young male team member actually noticed there were multiple tickets that were printed so took the time to ask me if I had been double charged, which was very much appreciated. Napkins and a fork was provided inside the bag. The shop was clean in the areas I observed. The order was made exactly as I requested. There is a one star deduction due to the ingredients, not being absolutely the freshest, but I would not put that on the staff fully, and more on the chain. read more

If I could give 15 stars, I would! The manager, Michael was so nice and had an amazing personality. He gave us 2 crispies instead of 1, because if you did the survey, you got 1 for free, but his hospitality was so nice! The Chicken Parmesan was so good, and it was the best I've had in any Noodles and Company. The Japanese Pan Noodles were so tasty, and I thought it would only taste like soy sauce, but no! It tasted like a blend of flavors-that I've never tasted. I was shocked, because if I tried making this, it would take a minimum of 5 hours! The ambiance was so quiet, and no one was there except us and the team. It was amazing! Everything went well. The Bolder and Smolder (I think it was called that) seasoning was so good, I was tempted to take a bottle to purchase, but I knew my kids wouldn't like it. read more

I'm a fan of Noodles and Co. in general, but I've been consistently disappointed by the quality of this location in particular. I love the pad Thai generally, but this location skimps on every ingredient, especially the sauce. I ordered here on my lunch break at least 4 times over a 2 week period and every time the noodles were dry. Pad Thai doesn't even have many extra ingredients to begin with, and I don't like it with meat, so the lack of the other ingredients is magnified for me. One or 2 shreds of cabbage if lucky, usually the lime is neglected completely (and if included is the tiniest slice possible), and maybe 1 tiny sprig of cilantro. I didn't give this location the worst rating for the mere fact that they do put out the orders in a prompt manner, never had to wait beyond my given pickup time and if I do request extra cilantro (in the miniscule 16 character requests box) they typically give me what I would describe as what should be just the regular amount. In contrast, the Janesville location is far superior, not skimping on every ingredient, nice saucy noodles, and sometimes even 2 lime slices! For a better quality experience at Noodles, I highly recommend supporting the Janesville location which seems to care a bit more, never been disappointed there. read more

I was home visiting my family and wanted something healthy and light wight on my stomach. This location was 3 minutes from my parents house which was super convenient. Our food was delicious! This is an all right restaurant for different selection of noodle dishes but not really anything to write home to your mama. They do have gluten-free options when just needing something to eat and looking for decent fast food that's not to crazy unhealthy. read more

I've heard of these before, but had never tried one. I was staying in a nearby hotel and wanted something that wasn't so heavy and didn't take forever. This fit both criteria! I got the zuchetti in garlic and didn't understand that it's not all zucchini noodles: it's combination of spiralized zucchini and spaghetti (so the carbs are lower than all pasta, but not as low as all zucchini). The sauce was nice: plenty of garlic taste, but not overwhelmingly oily/greasy like a lot of quick-service restaurants would be. As with all pasta dishes, when they first sat it down I immediately thought "I paid that much money for this little bowl?", but was pleasantly full when I finished. Service was faster than I expected. I struggled whether to give another star because it really did hit the spot exactly what I wanted: but that's why I settled on 3, it was exactly what I expected and not a lot more. read more
