Situated next to a Starbucks and easy to find. However, I don't think it's easy to enter the small parking lot and find parking right by the store. Thankfully the entire plaza offers a lot of parking options. Service is good in the sense that the workers are really nice. The downside is that I don't think there are a lot of workers so the service can be slow. Overall restaurant is clean, but one of our group members went to the restroom and said that the floors in there were not the best. My family likes Noodles & Co and my family enjoys eating at Noodles & Co and both my wife and I have the app on our phone to collect rewards and specials that they offer. However, there was really nothing enjoyable about this dine in, nor was there anything really unique or delicious about the majority of the food. My daughters ordered macaroni and cheese. I ordered Japanese pan noodles and my wife ordered the Cavatappi grilled chicken with pesto. First and foremost, I definitely know what Al-dente is when it comes to pasta and noodles and I know that it means firm to the tooth or bite however, the udon noodles in my Japanese noodles were beyond firm to the bite, more so a bit underdone. The flavor was good. The noodles could've stood a little bit more time in the pot and any sauce on this dish was insignificant. As for my wife's pesto chicken the dish, the menu picture shows a sauce coating the noodles and chicken, however when we given the dish there was no sauce in there, so I went back up to ask for more and employee behind the cook line decides to argue with me to stating there's plenty of sauce. I said no there's not and showed her. Oh, we put it on there. There's sauce on there. Well it absorbed in, oh no, it didn't we put enough on. I asked to have more to add to the dry dish so I was given a bowl of about 3 tablespoons of sauce to dump over the noodles. As for my daughters mac & cheese, it was adequate. Their noodles were also not cooked enough and had a pasty texture with a bland cheese sauce similar to boxed mac & cheese. One finished it and the overall highlight of the meal was the rice crispy treat that everybody split to enjoy. There were plenty of people in the store manning the store yet the tables could've been wiped off as we had to clean ours when we sat down noticing several other tables around us, including the floors needed to be cleaned, and the beverage station had spills and was in need of service as well. To start, I've eaten inside here a bunch of times Pre-Covid, and this review is based off my first (& only) Pick-Up order. 1.Prices are the same, but the To Go portions are about 2/3rds (salad) to 1/2 (soup) the size they were when dining in. 2.The salad does not match the description, nor the Type of salad, that I ordered. Caesar salads, in the past and by the description on the menu, was the usual romaine- not purple and white spikey leaves. There is also less chicken and three times as many crouton as when dining in. 3.The soup was thrown on top of a too-small to go bag, UOSIDE DOWN, so it leaked all over the place by the time I walked out with my order. The containers they use are not meant to hold liquid (more like a salad, mashed potatoes, or rice) and definitely not HOT liquid, and then turned upside down. 4.The order was not complete when I came to pick it up, so I had to flag down a staff person. The first staff person (I would guess a manager by his attire) looked right at me, sighed, then walked away before I could even ask about the missing item in my order. A young woman came over to cut up some rice crispy treat, and she noticed me, and very pleasantly asked if I needed help. I told her there was an item missing from my order- and she got it for me, ti complete my order.. Sadly, I can't recommend using the Pick-Up/To-Go option at Noodles. read more

She seemed like I was bothering her. I usually get the Japanese pan noodles almost every time I eat here she said "you can pay for more sauce" and walked away. We stopped here while in the area - the pictures of menu items looked very good and we were excited to try it. But we were very disappointed with most of what we ordered. I had the pasta Fresca which looked like it would come with plenty of vegetables - but in reality it was 99.9% pasta and almost no vegetables. My friend had the Japanese Pan noodles and didn't care for it at all. One person had the Korean noodles and that seemed to be the only one that was decent. I was very happy when Noodles & Co. opened in Hagerstown. I first tried this chain in Colorado and really like the concept-it's very different from other chain restaurants. I went for lunch and got the Thai Hot Pot. Lots of meat, lots of veggies, very colorful and very flavorful with the right amount of spice. I do wish the establishment was bigger-The seating is a bit cramped. It wasn't too crowded when I was there for lunch. I can't imagine what it would be like during a busy period. read more

Here's my review Ambience - modern, industrial and spacious and veey similar to the layout of a Chipotle or Cava restaurant. 4 stars Service- The Cashier was friendly and greeted me politely. My food was prepared in record time but the expeditor or "waitress" was moving at a snails pace. My salad (Chicken Veracruz) sat on the counter for a full 10 minutes before the cashier was available to help her. - 3 stars Food- the chicken in the veracruz salad was spicy and so was the dressing. The bacon and corn added a salty and sweet component that I liked but there was way too much red onions. It overpowered the salad a bit too much. The avocado in the salad seemed like an after thought and was very limited. I love avocados so I took offense to that.- 3 stars read more

Finally got to try this place for the first time, and I really enjoyed it. It was difficult to choose what I wanted because all of their menu options sounded good. I ended up going with the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles. My food came out much faster than I expected, and it was nice and hot (unlike some places). It was tasty and had the perfect level of spice. I ordered the regular size, and it was a decent portion for the price. I was actually able to take some home and get a second meal out of it. I had to wait for 25 minutes for my food to come out. My food was unevenly cooked - the noodles ranged from undercooked to lukewarm. Below, I will rate them individually. -Potstickers 5/5: Awesome and highly recommended. -Indonesian Peanut Sauté 3/5: Good, but not the best. I would not order this dish again. The pork was 50% fat, so it was a waste of money even adding it. -Steak Stroganoff 5/5: By far the best dish of the night. It was very flavorful and filing. The steak was a bit chewy, but what do you expect at this price. -Wisconsin Mac & Cheese 3/5: I've had better from the freezer isle at the grocery store. Everything tastes...off. Bread was different than every other time I've had it, steak was tough and chewy vs. well-seasoned and tender, sandwich was smaller, and the soup just tastes...off, hard to put it into words. Ate here last week for the first time. Our experience was mediocre at best. First off the portion size to price ratio is a little off for me. Felt I could of gotten a little more for my money...I mean it's pasta, very cheap to make. Second the drink machine was out of order. All that was available was water and diet sodas, which isn't a huge deal, just an inconvenience. Thirdly the wait was a little long but we went during the lunch rush so that's forgivable. I got the Wisconsin Mac and cheese and honestly it was pretty good! I got Parmesan crusted chicken on top. I really liked it. We also got the whole grain Tuscan Fresca, which we didn't enjoy that much. DO NOT GO TO THIS NOODLES AND COMPANY!!!So me and my family went to this Noodles and Company, and my sister found a piece of blonde hair in the second bite of her Pesto Pasta. So we called the cashier and showed her the hair, the cashier took the piece of hair and said that we will get you a new bowl and went to the back. After about 5-10 minutes, another female employee came to my sister and said that can I have your name and address, so we can send you a free bowl coupon. My sister gave her the name and address, and I was thinking in my heart that this is what good customer service is that they are replacing the bowl and also giving a free bowl coupon for the inconvenience. So, after about 20 minutes of that, my whole family was done with their dinner but my sister still had not gotten her new food. So she went and asked the cashier and then she said that the manager has decided not to give you a new bowl right now, he will send you a coupon for a free bowl in the mail. My sister told her to call the manager and when he came, he said the same thing that they are not replacing her bowl right now but they will send her a coupon in the mail. So, we all got mad and left the restaurant. It was a very disappointing experience in a restaurant that used to be my favorite. It's been more than two months now and we never got a free coupon. So we basically paid for a meal that my sister couldn't even eat... very bad customer service, I will never be going here again and would like to suggest everyone to not go here and save their money. read more

My favorite dish is penne rosa! The service is speedy and I'm always satisfied. The workers are pleasant, and it's very family friendly. They have a nice variety of noodle dishes ranging from Pad Thai to mac and cheese. They even have delicious salads and soups! Food is very tasty. They're still learning about waiting tables it seems though lol some of the girls do a poor job of cleaning up.
