It's not amazing pizza but it's not terrible either. Put it this way, you won't be mad that you spent money on it. Our experience has been mostly dependable and consistent pizza. Customer service isn't anything to rant about but nobody's been rude or disrespectful to us ever and we've been ordering from here for several years now. The price for a large cheese pizza is around $15 so it's on par with prices at other pizza places in the area. One caveat: Recently I ordered a pizza from here and noticed the dough was rolled out thinner than usual and that the mozzarella cheese changed to a noticeably lower, less sharp and buttery tasting quality. Don't know if it was a fluke and the usual vendor was out of stock on the brand of cheese they usually get, but if it turns out that they're cheapening the pizza ingredients to save money I'll be really disappointed. This seems to be happening all over town at the establishments we patronize. In conclusion, I definitely recommend ordering pizza from here for parties, a last minute dinner solution, or for game nights. I don't get why the reviews here are so low... so here's mine. The good: Joe. Walking in, Joe will always greet you with a big smile and he's just the nicest guy ever. The food could be terrible (it's not) and it'd still be worth it to come in just to talk to Joe. As for the food, it's always really good, I try to get something new every time I go and it has never been a disappointment. The prices are fair, and the service is absolutely 10/10 The bad: it's really hard to decide on what I want because it's so good. An attempt to support a local business gone horribly wrong! The crab dip lacked crab, it was more like soup. The spinach dip wasn't edible, it had a ton of oil in it. There was no alfredo sauce on the crab Alfredo pizza and the chicken in the chicken parm was paper thin/absent. Don't know if it was because we ordered late, but the food was horrible! Day two/the day after ... spent with nausea and numerous trips to the bathroom for my wife and I. Nothing could get us to EVER go back. This has been a favorite spot for a while there especially for the chicken fettuccine whoever I guess they got a new cook or something, the pasta was okay but the chicken why dry and like smooshed to flat of nothing wasn't even chopped up really and the bread roll was just half a sub cut in half. Decided to try something different and local and ordered a to go order with a 20 minute wait. At first, couldn't figure out how to enter building( night time). They have an outdoor sitting area located right in front of door so you have to walk around side of sitting area to enter. Arrived 30 minutes for pickup and was told my order would be ready in 5 minutes. Inside was not busy at all. Total of 2 tables with ppl sitting and eating. Patiently waited another 20 minutes and was told once again food is coming out. Waited another 10 minutes and received my food. When I finally got my order, the food was mediocre. The garlic sauce inside box was semi frozen and the marina sauce was ok. Decided to try a local business but the customer service is terrible and the food lacked any flavor . We were just passing through and jumped off the interstate for a quick lunch. We were thinking Jimmy Johns stop but saw this restaurant just behind it. The have ample outdoor seating with a terrific decor. The service was outstanding and the food exceeded expectations. We enjoyed a burger, wrap and a sub sandwich. All were outstanding. I heard about this place on the Washington County Takeout and Delivery page on Facebook. They opened about a week and a half ago and are located next to the new Walmart and the MVA. I got the pizza and my friend got the gyro and fries. We ordered take out, and the food was delicious! Very fresh and the pizza wasn't prepackaged crust or anything. The restaurant is beautiful with a full bar and a gorgeous outdoor patio. I will definitely be back and can't wait to dine-in next time. This review is based on a dine in and a take out order. Dining in, we ordered pizza and drinks, both were delicious. Service was a little slow, but as long as we have drinks, it's all good. I can't believe I used to like this place. Ordered was messed up twice. The second time was supposed to fix the first time. It doesn't help having the one person who speaks english as a fifth language take your order over the phone. My pizza smelled like a shore line of dead fish. It was supposed to be Sausage and Pepperoni. Never ever ever again. I now have even more regret now than I have ever had before. Stopped in Hagerstown on our trip north. After 10 hours on the road decided for delivery and chose Brother's. My wife had the chicken parm and I had the pizza rolls. Both were delicious and delivery service was fast and very efficient. I would highly recommend and look forward to trying again on our next trip. We have bought food twice now for take out since this location opened. The first time was only a week ago after having family to our home and they screwed up a bunch of our orders. On their website, you can only choose one topping for a sub or sandwich and nothing else. They also said they come with chips but ours never did. This second time we just ordered some steak & cheese subs and added 3 fries to the order. We got our order only to realize after we got home that we didn't get any fries, all the toppings were incorrect, AND, they charged us $2 more on every sub then what their website says. Their website prices aren't even accurate and they charge you more than what the prices show. We won't be supporting this local business after going 0 for 2. Pizza is probably the best in Hagerstown, that I've had (I'm from New York). Got the Greek pizza, crust was perfect. The crab dip - skip it- it's more like a cheese dip in a cup with 6 small pieces of bread (got charged for extra bread), no taste of crab, did not see any crab! Skip the appetizers, enjoy the pizza! Hidden gem and so close to our home. Very clean and the staff are very courteous and excellent service. I had the Wedge Salad and my husband had the Beef Tenderloin Tips W/pasta. Delicious!
