I always love Noodles, the food is delicious and it has a very cozy vibe to it. Food is priced fair and it's filling. At this particular location though one of the workers were quite rude. Her name was Jacky and maybe she was having an off day or maybe I misunderstood her attitude. She was short with my family, even to my kids. Later my son decided he wanted some noodles he didn't get before and when he ordered he was asked a question about how he wanted them he was thinking and she had an annoyed look on her face then made a hand gesture that was a mix of a what and a hurry up, keep in mind that my son is 8. Asked if they had changed menu and just a blank stare, asked if they had a regular menu as I was doing take out, another blank stare. Ok, this review isn't so much for the restaurant and staff as it is for the food. I recently discovered that they now offer zoodles (zuccinni noodles) and the two best low carb dishes I have had! I swear I am addicted and keep going back. In fact, I admit I have been there like 6 times in the past 2 weeks..... The basil pesto with grilled chicken on zoodles is an absolute dream. The romesco on zoodles with added meatballs... simply the best. I want to lick that sauce from the bowl. It's a good thing the food is so amazing because the service is lacking. They don't always keep up on bussing the tables and keeping them clean. They are really slow with takeout for some reason. I recently joined the noodle rewards program and already got some free goodies! Sign up, it's worth it. If they can get the service issues worked out, they will earn a solid 5+ star rating. i have to mention my most recent experience of my good old standby Noodles. I got my noodles to go last week. Two simple orders and arrived back at home only to find a combination in both bowls of both orders. Weird things must have been going on back at the kitchen of Noodles. I have never had this happen before but the two different dishes just don't work together. I don't think Feta cheese pairs well with the Spicy peanut dish and my Tuscan Whole Wheat Pasta was missing some veggies and had big ass chunks of carrots in it from the Peanut Dish. I was let down and disappointed. I did notify the company and have yet to hear back --When I frequent a chain establishment I am expecting consistency to a degree. I went here with my kids who were being obnoxious brats and Matt was so helpful. He made the ordering process fast and gave the kids coloring books to help keep them in their chairs. He also gave the kids wide spoons for their noodles instead of the fork so that it would be easier for the kids to eat. Food was great, always love Noodles food. But this was the filthiest Noodles I had ever been in. They were not busy and I watched workers walk right over garbage on the floor and make half ass attempts at cleaning the tables. Not sure if the manager/owner is not in the store a lot but the works are just flat out lazy and you could see it. When I see stuff like that, it always makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like! Does this really qualify as fast food? If it does, then it's definitely the best around. My son and I eat here every Saturday and always have a great meal with excellent service. I love their food choices and their atmosphere. The staff is always smiling. Once, we came later when it was busy, and ended up waiting a while for our food. I knew they were busy so I didn't mind - my son and I were discussing space rockets and were in no huge hurry. When our food did arrive, it was perfect and the lady brought my son a free cookie and thanked him for being so patient. Wow! We order take out from here a couple of times a month and occasionally it is great and our order is correct, but mostly it's terrible....missing things from our order (that we were charged for), food that is prepared incorrectly (today for example my Tuscan Fresca was swimming in oil and missing whatever else they normally put it, had TONS of red onions and 1-2 pieces of tomatoes and spinach). My order was taken with professionalism and in a thorough manner. I was given Number 34 and I headed for a beverage. I don't really drink most sodas so I was pleased they had some unsweetened Honest Tea. It was refreshing. Even better was their sweetener was Stevia In the Raw. More places need to use this over the aspartame stuff and even Splenda. After sitting, my food came out quick. I had a large Penne Rosa with some of that Pita Bread and a small Chicken Noodle Soup. It was a lot of food for me in the long run but besides the large mushrooms I don't care for, there was nothing amiss with my meal. The person who brought me my food was kind, the person who took my plate was kind. It was a great experience for an out of towner like me but it's nice that locals have this place. If I'm ever back here for work, I'll remember this place. Give it a try! Oh, and the grilled chicken is very good. I went to noodles just a few minutes ago, and I left my leftovers on the table. I called immediately and ran back into the store to find out it was thrown away seconds before I ran back in to grab it (there was over half of my order leftover). The staff was SUPER nice about it and completely remade it for me and even offered me a cookie as well. They had smiles on their faces as they remade it and were super nice about it. This place disappoints everytime. I stopped coming here for nearly a year due to horrible experiences like having to wait for my food for almost 30 minutes, dirty tables and inconsistent food prep. I came back today wanting a salad and immediately noticed all the dirty tables ( not a good start) but proceeded to order. My food came fast, however it was the wrong dish. I sent it back and waited for my dish an additional five minutes. Once it arrived I was told that my salad would not have any avocados because they hadn't prepped any and that they would cut one up for me. In addition, when my dish was brought it was brought without silverware so I got up to get some and they were out. Who runs this restaurant, seriously? Have never been to such a poorly managed noodles. At least this location is consistently bad, so you know what to expect. read more
