To go customers beware! I placed a to go order over the phone by a very confused female employee... I should have known to check my order but we were in a hurry to get out on the lake! I asked her 2 times if she was still there and could not tell who she was speaking to. When I arrived the man behind the counter put his hand up telling me to wait. Haha maybe that kind of attention to paperwork should be placed on the order? When he finally had time to acknowledge me, I swear he almost threw the bag of food at me. Whatever... I wanted to be in and out. My mistake!! My spicy "chicken" Caesar wrap did not have any chicken on it, maybe 5 pieces of lettuce, a little parm, and bread. It was also dry? I went here today and my order took 15 mins because some kid threw out the bread for my order. Look nothing against working here I used to work as a chef here at this exact location when I was a teenager and when I worked here we never screwed crap up and we had a good team. Found a hair on my bread, like I said took 15 mins when I ordered online maybe 10-12 mins before getting there. Only good one working here is the girl the rest of the workers don't even know the menu they looked confused as if it everybody's first day. Like I said I used to work here and ever since then it's gone downhill. It's been a while since I order from the Wayzata location do to the food quality and obvious high prices. So today, I thought let me give them another chance. Big mistake on my part! My salad had brown avocado and I had asked for extra dressing and received no dressing at all. I did immediately called the store and spoke with Jennifer(Manager) Who was apologetic and had an employee bring me a new salad with extra dressing, But to my disappointment the new Salad still had Brown Avocado and missing ingredients. So glad Noodles came to town, because the lunch options in Wayzata have gotten pretty stale. You'll find them right next to Bruegger's (in the Lund's lot) and you'll get pretty fast service, even during the lunch rush. I've placed orders online too, and they have always been accurate and ready for pick up on time. Try their New Thai Hot Pot...the curry broth is delicious, it's light on the noodles (which is great for me since I'm not a huge carb fan), and the veggies still have some crunch! It's my new go-to dish...the intervention for my longstanding Tomato Basil Bisque/Grilled Chicken/Caesar Salad addiction. Yeah, I needed to kick that one. read more

This place is filthy! Barely any clean tables at 2pm. Most tables have food scraps. Others with dirty dishes. Garages were full to the top. My buttered noodles was basically soup. Meat was warm, but not the noodles. read more

Stay away - this place is a disaster. My family and I ordered takeout and waited 30 minutes for our food. The place was not busy at all. Only one other small order came out in that time. Our cashier, Abdul Karim, was argumentative while we ordered. He would not accept that we wanted two sides of broccoli and no drink for our son's kid meal, who is 9 months old, even after we explained he is too young. When our food finally is ready, an employee puts all the containers in the paper bag sideways so they leak sauce all over inside. Great. Walking out to the car, I realize they forgot the pad Thai. When I go back in, it's sitting under the heat lamp. No apology. When we get home, we find our side order grilled chicken breast has 4 quarter-sized pieces of chicken inside. Four. On top of that, my son's broccoli is still crunchy and nearly raw, and the pad Thai order literally has nothing inside but noodles and egg (no sauce, no peanuts, no veggies). I have been to many Noodles & Co restaurants before and never had a negative experience like this. The management and employees here are awful. This is like a restaurant run by aliens pretending to understand human cuisine. I will not return. read more

This location is fantastic! It is right by my work so I go here frequently. The staff is awesome, especially Chelsea and the manager Kelsey! They are so friendly and personable. I always look forward to seeing them. I usually call ahead and order to go so it is always super fast and the food is always cooked perfectly. My favorites are the penne rosa and the buttered noodles. The only negative thing is when I go to a different Noodles & Company closer to home they don't make the food quite as great as this Wayzata location!!! I will continue to be a loyal customer because of the great service and yummy food. read more

I've been eating at Noodles for fifteen years and in multiple states, and though the food is always good, the service at this location always is cranky, especially if you ask them for any special request or for them to double-check that they don't forget part of the order, like last time. Or they get resentful when you return to the cashier when they forget part of what you ordered because the cashier got his thumbs scrambled on the touch screen. (I understand mistakes will be made, but I don't get acting like I interrupted your work by asking you to ring me up for the missing item, even when I'm pleasant and not pointing fingers.) If I'm hungry for Noodles I will go a little bit out of my way to visit another location than this one. Just consistently poor service. read more
