It's a nice place to go with family for lunch or dinner. Food was amazing. Staff is friendly. Loved their Chocolate fudge as well.

Amazing place and very very tasty food . Our first time here . They also have Asahi and TsingTao beers if you like Asian beers. Fast service and very conveniently located in the Ridgedale mall. Will be back soon.

A vegan meal....
Tawanda R.

A gf and I went shopping at Ridgedale and since she's vegan, it's harder to dine together. Luckily, she was able to find something on the menu! Service: The pregnant hostess was sooo sweet and friendly. We thought she was cute and carried so well. I'm sure her baby is born now; congrats to her! However, the real MVP was our server; who was awesome. She was young, friendly, professional and personable. Some young ppl have personable demeanor, but lack some of the professionalism. She had the perfect mix. Food: I had chicken pad thai and my gf had something with vegetables. LOL We both enjoyed our meal. Ambiance: Busy and has withstood the test of time. Restaurants come and go at Ridgedale, but Big Bowl Express continues to stand and I'm sure a lot of it the food, but mostly the good service and quaint atmosphere. though I'm not typically a Big Bowl person, nor do I frequent them, if I'm at Ridgedale, I may stop by.

Another fantastic Master Noodle experience! I've been to multiple locations now and feel that each…read moreplace has fairly consistent tastes and quality. In true family-style fashion we got plenty of dishes to share: some appetizers and some "main dishes" as well. The Xiao long bao and beef burrito are great starters. I enjoyed the wontons in chili oil, but wish they would've been spicy - we added our own chili oil/sauce. The pork belly fried rice and Shanxi shaved noodles were both fantastic. Both great portion sizes for main dishes with plenty to take home if needed. The restaurant is large and spacious nestled in a strip mall, and the service was fantastic. Boba is such a great deal too!!

Such a cool spot, and awesome to see the chefs hand pull the noodles from scratch! When I finally decided, I got the master noodle original dish and added bok choy to it, as well as the sichuan wontons in chili oil, and they were delicious!!! I also tried the Thai tea, and it was a bit sweet but quite delicious as well (they have an extensive drink menu, with many yummy sounding options). Good ambiance, and quick service !!! Dishes were tasty, and a bit salty for my liking but overall quite good! I will be back !

It was really good. They had a lot on their menu. Unfortunately there were some i really wanted to…read moretry but they ran out of the item. All the food was savory and tasty . Definitely a family style meal if you're interested in eating together. They do have some dim sum options, but is limited. The service was alright, they didnt really come around with water and it took forever for some of our dishes to come out, like we were three fourth done and then they finally bring out the dish. The restaurant is super busy, so you have to go at a right time. We went at a good time not too busy.

Chinese Restaurant in Asia Mall [Eden Prairie MN]…read more Hankering for some Asian food we looked for places to eat that stayed open late. We checked in our hotel first then proceeded to head out to look for the restaurant. It happens to be inside Asia Mall. The restaurant is to the right as you enter the automatic doors. There was just one other family dining when we walked inside around 9:10p. Their hours in Yelp noted that they closed at 10:00p so we figured it was ample time and we should be finished dining by then. We ordered Salty Fish Shrimp Fried Rice / 咸鱼虾炒饭 and Pork Chop with Salt & Pepper / 椒盐猪扒 by the time they served our food it was around 9:25p... around this time also we were the only ones left in the dining room but they allowed us to finish although a bit rushed. Anyway, we enjoyed the food, both dishes were tasty, satisfying and delicious. Review #3840

Came here on a Sunday night looking for a bite to eat with my brother. At the door we were greeted…read moreby the owner who spoke very little English (a tell tale sign of some kickass Chinese food). She seated us in a roomy booth and immediately brought us some waters. We ordered a the fried dumplings and the sesame balls. Both were absolutely delectable, best of each I've had in my life. The sesame balls had a crispy sesame coated exterior with a sticky bun interior and sweet bean filling. The fried dumplings were perfectly cooked to delicate perfection and were accompanied by a soy sauce with freshly minced garlic. Those didn't last 2 minutes on the table. We ordered the twice cooked pork and stirfry lamb as entrees and, as other reviews have said, the portions were generous. As for the the meats, they were thinly sliced, tender, and cooked to perfection. The spice level was right on point, not enough to numb your tastebuds but surly will leave you with clear sinuses. The spice contributed significantly to the succulent flavors found in each dish. Each entree comes with a bowl of buttery white rice. As a man of high caloric intake I was very satisfied with this establishment's CPD factor. As a genuine touch, there is heartfelt apology for rising prices due to rising ingredient cost and bird flu found at the bottom of each menu. 10/10 will eat again.

I ordered the Stir Fry Spicy Beef, Mapo Tofu, and the Pork Belly. Everything was tasty and have no complaints as far as the actual flavors. I do think that the Mapo Tofu should always be soft tofu rather than firm, but that's just a personal preference. The beef was plentiful and extra tender and the pork belly was perfectly melt-in-your-mouth, so good that I felt like I had to ration it throughout the next few meals. I do wish it came with more rice. I ordered three sides and only got one box of rice. I was hoping to have at least two so I can eat it for several days. However, to end on a positive note, when I walked in to pick up my order, the woman (owner possibly) was incredibly friendly and spoke Mandarin to me. She was welcoming, funny, and we briefly argued how spicy food should really be for it to be enjoyable. "The spicier the better," me thinks. Come show these guys some love!
