    Five star service to the team and staff. Shout out to the kitchen! What went well? Everything. I couldn't be more happy with the accommodations, service, food, ambiance, and amenities provided. Highly recommend this venue for weddings, parties, events, fashion shows, etc. I highly recommend Noor Located inside The Paseo in Pasadena. Park at the Marengo Paseo structure and cross the bridge towards Equinox. Ample parking. Noor validates for 1.5 hours. Daily Rate $12.

    I came here for a company holiday party. Definitely nice venue. Felt like I was at a wedding. The ballroom we were in was the Ella Ballroom which was a big ballroom with a bar and also outdoor seating as well. The food was fantastic. We were greeted with hors d'oeuvres such as crab cakes, fried zucchini, and miniature grilled cheese. And of course the table had its usual bread and salad. The main course was filet mignon which was cooked to perfection and the chocolate cake at the end was AMAZING. Overall great experience. Our server Caitlyn was incredible. She was super attentive, outgoing and made the night a little more entertaining

    From start to finish, our experience with Noor has been mostly positive :) You keep hearing horror stories about terrible venues and cat fishing vendors, so it was always a priority for us to book our wedding at a place that brought value, excellent communication, and that allowed our dog Bubby to join us from start to finish. From the get-go, the team's communication with us has been excellent-Robert their manager was very timely and patient with answering all of the small questions that popped up throughout the months leading up to the wedding. When it was time to formally hand us over to the events team, the transition was smooth and seamless. Judy and Steph are so so so great! They are both fun and easy to talk to. We had a minor hiccup the week before our wedding regarding our dog-we were initially told that she could be in the ballroom during the reception but then were informed that due to health code, she could no longer be there during the reception. We were able to work out a solution though (if you are planning on having your dog with you for the wedding, I highly recommend having a designated pup buddy either way, since you most likely won't be able to do that yourself.) Our dog ended up chilling in her crate in the bridal suite during dinner (she was so tired from the day's events that it ended up working out anyway.) During our complimentary tasting where we chose the food we served at our wedding, we were made aware that because Noor is a banquet hall, they do not offer to go boxes-thankfully this prompted us to bring take out boxes from Sam's Club for our wedding guests. Food portions were generous, so this was a huge huge asset to our wedding. I also loved that Noor offered an In n Out truck and a "champagne girl" both of which were a hit amongst our guests. Noor also has vendor meals for your vendors (for a lower price so you aren't paying for another "plate.") I felt that this was an economical way to feed your vendors while avoiding breaking the bank. I also liked that they were able to accommodate our pup with her own special made meal as well! Their food was amazing too-friends and family members liked it a lot (you'd expect chicken to be dry, but theirs was really really good!) I also loved how accommodating they were towards our outside vendors. Overall, we had a very positive experience with this venue and cannot recommend it enough. There is a lot of value with the prices they charge, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on our wedding day which is ultimately what matters most :) it was a welcome bonus that the experience leading up to the wedding was overwhelmingly positive as well

    My husband and I held our wedding at Noor's Sophia ballroom in September 2024. Robert & Stefany were very easy to talk to and were always accessible & flexible. We were always able to reach out to them with questions, and I loved how they go over everything step-by-step from the contract to the nitty gritty details such as color of tablecloth. Stefany was a huge help in getting those details hammered out. The venue itself is so beautiful. Sophia's bar is glamorous, the bathrooms are pristine, and the hors d'oeuvres were so yummy! We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in the same location, and that was a huge bonus. Even our handicapped Grammy was able to maneuver through the venue with ease. Thank you so much to Noor for providing such a beautiful venue for our wedding. We love you guys, and we hope we can hold more events at your location!!

    Noor is a premier private event venue located in Paseo Colorado. There are two indoor ballrooms and a beautiful outdoor space area that are available for special occasions. It's perfect for weddings or any celebration. I recently came here for Pasadena Humane's Volunteer Appreciation Dinner. I was impressed the minute I walked in. The entrance way is beautiful, there's a splendid view from the patio, and the ballroom was lovely. The whole staff were very friendly, especially the bartender. He was fabulous and very entertaining. The passed hors d'oeuvres were delicious: Mushroom in puff pastry, friend avocado bites, bruschetta. Dinner was buffet style and featured black beans, Spanish rice, grilled vegetables, marinated beef, marinated chicken, tortillas, chips, salsa, pickled jalapeños, shredded cheese, and sour cream. Everything was hot & fresh and tasty. Dessert was courtesy of Super Cool Creamy. The ice cream was made onsite with fresh cream with the aide of dry ice. It was so neat to watch them make it. I had a combo of Chocolate & Salted Caramel. It was so good and creamy. If you are looking for a place to host a special event, I would definitely recommend Noor.     So my cousin got married recently at this establishment. We had a grand ole time since we all haven't been together in probably 2 + years because of the pandemic. I like the setup as they got married in the main hall and eventually that became the dining area. The bar was an open bar so getting drunk was easy. If you have a venue you'd like to book at this establishment you should do it. There is parking across the way and your guest can just walk across the bridge safely to your venue. The only thing was I thought by getting our parking pass stamped it would be free parking but some of us got $2 off where as others had to pay the full $12 for parking.

    Hows the parking?

    There's plenty of parking in the structures attached to the shopping plaza and surrounding areas. There is a fee but most places also validate. NOOR validates for 90 minutes.

The venue can host 100 people, but it will be very tight with that many people. We had about 80 people (including kids) at the event, and though it felt tight, at least the kids were able to hang outside to enjoy the bouncer. I rented the afternoon time frame, so we were given the venue from 2:30-9PM. The only thing that I found weird was that there was absolutely no attendant available at the end of the night. Overall, a decent place to rent a venue if you wanna DIY things yourself.

Geese walk freely around the gardens, and colorful parrots fly overhead, adding even more charm to the atmosphere. In April, the garden looks especially stunning -- the pergola and trees are in full bloom (I wish I remembered the names of those gorgeous flowers!), and the whole place feels alive and magical. Honestly, this garden is beautiful in any season of the year. You can come here with dogs, which is a big plus, but it's important to respect the property rules: pets must be on a leash, owners are responsible for cleanup, professional photography requires a permit, and activities like skateboarding, drinking alcohol, or organized sports events are not allowed. These rules help preserve the calm and cleanliness of the space. There is also a secondary school located on the property, which adds to the unique character of the place. Parking-wise, we were able to find free street parking nearby without any issues. This is a perfect spot to slow down, enjoy nature, and escape the city noise for a while. I went in person last weekend, and it was closed despite their online hours posted. The lack of clarity even upon walking up to the venue is not clear. They have no signs stating they are closed and it's clear they do not care to return voicemails. Please do not waste your time going there.
