It is located on the second floor of the shopping plaza, inside of the Salon Lofts (next to Marshall's). Once you go in, look to the right, make the first left turn, and you will see their studio on the right. If no one is there, you can use the phone in the front, and someone will assist you. Mikala greeted me warmly and asked what I wanted to get done. I originally came for wax and tint, but ultimately decided on just a wax. She measured my eyebrows, told me that one was shorter and thinner, and that it was higher than the other. With each visit, she said she would take it down about 1/4 inch. I have NEVER had anybody analyze my eyebrows so closely! I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for 15 years, and they still hurt everytime. This time, it didn't hurt at all! She even gave me a spoolee, and recommended that I use castor oil to grow my brows out. I scheduled an appointment with Brows by Milly because I had gotten microblading done several years…read moreago (at a different place) and some of the ink appeared to be above my eyebrow as time went on. I made the appointment because Brows by Milly is one of the only companies I could find that would remove ink on or around brows. My first appointment went great. My technician understood exactly what I was asking for, which was not to remove all of the microblading, just the spot of ink above my eyebrow. She did a great job and even told me that I could come for a touchup that she would include with the price of everything I had already paid because it was such a small spot. I was very happy with the initial result and came back in 6 weeks later to remove the last of the ink that had turned orange with the first treatment. I was very surprised when she began the second treatment and there were a lot more flashes on the laser. When she showed me the results, I was shocked to see she had removed ALL of the microblading ink, especially after I had reminded her it was just the one spot. She told me at first she was doing me a favor because the ink no longer looked very good (which I didn't care about) and then said she had to do it because the laser had spread when she tried to remove it from the one spot and she had to take all of the rest of the ink off. I was shocked she did not tell me about this before just going ahead and removing it all. I saw I would now need to come back in for ANOTHER session to remove the ink that had turned orange. She told me I now needed to remove all of the ink from the other eyebrow (which, again, I wanted them left alone) because now they wouldn't match and she kept emphasizing how bad the ink looked anyway. I left and came back later that day and she took the rest of the ink off the other eyebrow. She told me that Brows by Milly would NOT cover the cost of the touchups because now it was too much work. I now have all of the microblading removed and have to PAY for touchups and this is NOT what I wanted. I believe she made a mistake and went further in the removal than she meant to, but instead of owning up to it, she blamed the laser and tried to convince me that it needed to be done. I now have to not only pay for the touchups, but also for all new microblading, which I will be getting done somewhere else with more trustworthy staff. This is hundreds of extra dollars, plus healing time for my eyebrows which I don't have right now, all because she messed up.

Slightly disappointing experience overall. I had a Groupon, and when I called to make an…read moreappointment, the woman told me not to buy the Groupon and they would honor the Groupon price. That's no problem for me, since Groupon takes 50%, and that's crazy. The Groupon was for a Power (50$ retail) OR a Signature facial (30$ retail), and I wasn't given an option at the studio-- I was provided the signature facial, which was about the same price as the Groupon, save $5. Here are the descriptions on their website: WTS Power Facial (Chair) WTS power facial is ideal for those on the go. Your skin is cleansed, lightly exfoliated, and gently massaged. A pore-refining mask is applied, followed by a veil of light moisturizer. Recommended for all skin types. $30 ​(20 min) WTS Signature Facial (Chair) WTS signature facial includes a cleansing, exfoliation, light massage, followed by a steam and head relaxing therapy $50 ​(25-30 mins)* So that was dissapointing. Also, when I arrived, Nikki, the service provider was at the front and no one was there. I told her about my appointment, and she left to go talk to the manager. About 5-minutes later, the manager (maybe owner) and another woman, and Nikki appear and sort of surround me. The manager says, "You would like the (something) facial much better. It is so much better than the facial you have. It is much more relaxing. You have your own room." Then she pauses and says, "It is only, um, 30 dollars more." Girl, do I look rich? I came in with a Groupon. Please. If I'm going to spend a lot for a facial, I'm not going there anyway. I don't like to waste the minimal money I do have. Hence, Groupon. The upselling did not stop unfortunately. The facial itself (which I can't really put into words what it was)-- after consulting with the manager, Nikki goes into the back, and comes back rolling a cart. There was a tray with a bowl of water, and three wands with different creams on them. There was absolutely no consultation or form to indicate any issues with skin. When I was done, (Nikki, who legit did the best job she could given extreme supervision by the manager), I had not even opened my eyes, and the manager exclaimed, "Did you nap? Was it so relaxing?" OMG, she was the most annoying person ever. Just chill out and let people have a good time without feeling pressure to do something for you. I told her I wasn't napping, and my eyes were closed because it was a facial. (Do people keep their eyes open during a facial?) I checked out. She honored the Groupon price (which was basically the same price as the facial anyway), and then, if she couldn't be more pushy and rude, says to me, "Will you write a review?" I said, yes, I will. She then says, "Okay, can you do it right now? I'll show you the site and how to do it." (She wanted me to write a Google review). I told her I know how to write a review, and I will do it later. Egads. This is a franchise. Hopefully the owner/manager or whoever can be better trained on customer service. The person that did my facial was wonderful and very awesome. Hence the three stars are for her. I also tipped her generously-- hope she gets the tip!
