I discovered this gem of a salon via Yelp. They are located in an office park with tons of free parking, but you walk through the doors, if feels a million miles away from the office park! Tastefully and comfortably furnished with a lovely selection of products and the sweetest two greyhounds I have ever met! (I was all about the dog snuggles but if you are not a "dog person" they won't push themselves on you. They are so well mannered). Mark spent time discussing what I wanted and exploring options before giving me a fantastic cut. (I will return for color too). Prices are very reasonable and they have a full range of spa services. I don't think so... I was absolutely disgusted with Maria's work- the "cut" extensions fulfilled no purpose anymore, they were ruined by Maria! I left them there as they were deemed useless! ***ANSWER*** yes I paid $2000.00+ tip for you guys to destroy my own hair, improperly install, and have no extensions in at the end! Love this place! I saw Mark today as a new client for haircut, and he did such a fabulous job! I had to return to my office after my cut and my fellow staff members kept remarking on how gorgeous my hair looked! The staff were courteous and really went out of the way to listen to what I wanted and make it an enjoyable experience. I also had a brow wax with Dottie (who was also awesome) and plan to come back soon for a custom facial- she has tons of facial options on the company website but can assess your specific skin needs for a custom facial at the same price. The salon itself is super cute with fun, calming music. If you work at Northside, St. Joseph's, or CHOA this salon is within five minutes and is a great choice!
