Meet the Business Owner: Megan M.
Up until my mid-twenties, I lacked the confidence to take chances or overcome difficult tasks. When it came to participating in sports or any physical activity, I completely dismissed the idea of joining in. I was sure my lack of coordination and talent would pull everyone else down and the only outcome would be an embarrassing memory. So it was with some hesitation that I tried my first CrossFit workout. I was really surprised at how much i enjoyed it. Not only was the workout fun, but it was done in such a supportive environment, that I totally forgot to worry about anything!
Becoming a competent athlete takes patience and practice, and it is the same for coaching. I have spent countless hours expanding my capabilities through moving mindfully, studying current publications, working on proper technique and using my own training as a learning experience.
