This place is 24 hours, co-ed and brand spanking new. All the equipment is just gorgeous and the owner is just wonderful. There is the option of tanning and there is also an aerobics room. On site personal trainer and state of the art equipment. Only downside is it's just a gym, so no fancy swimming pool or running track. But, because it's 24 hours, you always get first pick on the machine you really want. Best part is, your membership is good anywhere in the world, at all of their locations.

Routines vary based on trainer session but all are high paced-well balanced between heavy bag work and high interval circuit training. Times are well spaced thru the day to accommodate just about anybody's work schedule and training requirements. Access to both Boxing Fitness sessions and Boxing Fundamentals/Technical/sparring sessions available to all ITC's members. All sessions are intense, well paced and well planned regardless if the session has 7 members or 17 participating. Come prepared to sweat and put out maximum effort as the training regimen will be challenging and the trainers will be right alongside training with you. But it will also be fun, a shared atmosphere of comradeship and mutual respect and you will leave the gym with a sense of accomplishment and wanting to get back to train again asap. I was a competitive Judoka and elite level power lifter in my prime and nothing I have ever done athletically has compared to what ITC puts its members thru in the quest for self improvement and athletic conditioning on a daily basis. The workouts are simply put OUTSTANDING! Shout out to Chris and Steve and Bailey and Seun- their commitment to ITC as trainers -to bring out the best in members and who "bring it" each and every training session they run... is inspiring and unwavering.

This an extremely overdue review, but I joined this gym with goals to lose a lot of weight that I…read moreended up gaining over a short period of time, following a psychiatric hospitalization. I didn't lose as much weight at all which was disappointing. Instead, I made some friends and it ended up being a more social activity for me. I tried to do the Belly Burns which is an additional charge on top of the membership. It wasn't effective for me. It is one of the pricier privately-owned gyms in the city but it didn't work out for me. They do offer trial classes for $5 for 5 days to try to get you to try it out and could end up suckered into buying a membership which you just really don't know will help or not. 4 stars for getting to make some friends, being welcomed, and being able to have somewhat of a social life again!
