This resulted in me being charged an additional month worth of a membership I did not use. Not one, not two but three staff members neglected to warn me about this when attempting to cancel. They claim they cannot process refunds and will use this as an excuse to continue to bill you for service you do not use. They also mentioned in their reply here that it is outlined in your contract however when you sign up this is not mentioned to you. The contract is rushed through with a staff member who doesn't give you the opportunity to clearly read it.

The Portage & Main location's staff have stopped congregating around the the front desk (as they did in the beginning) which was super annoying when they first opened. Also, the trainers do not stand there and accost you for a fitness assessment so they can push their personal training. So kudos to them for improving on that. The changing rooms are consistently clean even as the number of members have increased. Same goes for the rest of the gym, it is still well maintained and clean. Membership has increased but on average, it's not so busy during peak times that you will be waiting forever for a machine (like at Kenaston). The free weight area is still small but I don't think they can change that.

This place is 24 hours, co-ed and brand spanking new. All the equipment is just gorgeous and the owner is just wonderful. There is the option of tanning and there is also an aerobics room. On site personal trainer and state of the art equipment. Only downside is it's just a gym, so no fancy swimming pool or running track. But, because it's 24 hours, you always get first pick on the machine you really want. Best part is, your membership is good anywhere in the world, at all of their locations.
