After countless emails, requesting phone calls that I never received, telling them I was not feeling safe with the member still being allowed there. Planet Fitness's best effort was to let me know that IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN then they will ban the member. So they wanted me to experience it again, before they can actually do something about it. I was able to speak up and stand up for myself but that did not lead anywhere with management. And don't ask me to contact you Planet Fitness because I have and you didn't do anything except tell me how bad this racist felt. You did not stand up for me and made me realize it's time to do better and choose better.
