He is extremely supportive, strong, humble, always has such high energy (idk how he does ), and true definition of a goal digger! He truly shows the love he has for his box, his members and fitness lifestyle everyday. Definitely no phony here! He's definitely our #1 supporter and cheerleader when it comes to anything! What I love about Artillery Outlaws and his programming is that things are constantly refreshed and different and we aren't doing the same things all the time. Sometimes we focus on a certain movement or upper body etc. You walk in and you may not know what's the workout of the day but that's not something you need to worry about which is awesome! You go in, kick some ass and come back for more the next day! You go in and almost feel like dying but you're never alone and always have someone cheering you on! I remember the first week I went here and I was terrified everyday because of the intensity in everyone's faces but these wonderful girls I met there, Emma and Bailey told me to just keep coming! And I did everyday and fell in love with it so much that I felt like I lived here! Artillery Outlaws is something you have to experience! I've met the most amazing people here that have made such a huge impact in my life! They are all much more than people I see at the gym, their family! We motivate each other and push to become better! So come on by and enjoy the good vibes with us you won't regret it!

The owner (Tyler) appeared welcoming the first time we've met, but after an incident that occurred at his business he showed poor judgement and little to no concerns. The young fighter Bryson with the colored hair felt the need to pull a gun after suggesting that he wanted to spar with me and I said ok let's go. (Bryson Turnbow) @jbqt_ was collaborating with us for content creation. This was setup by my business-partner who often helps him as she's thoughtful as an amazing person. This collaboration required him holding pads while we record a few combos. Less than two minutes into holding pads while I punched lightly to see if we had chemistry, his attitude became sour towards me. Once I saw his body language I stopped and immediately had a conversation to let him know we aren't competitors and this is just some mittwork, he exited the ring and took a seat on the bench for another 2 minutes before I asked him if he wanted to try catching punches while I throw a little harder. He said yes, entered the ring again, and we started working. I was using approximately 50 % of my power and I thought he was doing well on the pads. Like most coaches and fighters, you'd see the trainer throw a slap as the fighter here and there with the pads while they work and Bryson did exactly that, which I was ok with as I'm experienced and defended. We got into a little play, he threw punches and i used a few feints and non-contact decoy jabs to throw him off. Soon after he mentioned getting his gloves to spar with me and I welcomed it. I even asked him if he wanted to get protective gears for safety. He said no, I said ok but let me change to a 18oz gloves as I was wearing a smaller 10 Oz gloves at that time. I honestly thought he wanted to spar to help settle his nerves. Maybe trying to land on me would've been a nice little challenge for him, unfortunately! He decided to get a GUN instead and this surprised me and my business-partner. His drama was uttered in nasty words, such as; Get the fuq outta his gym. This is his hood. I think I'm better than everyone else because I have FOLLOWERS and so much more. We did not escalate things and he refused to be calm to have a conversation. Our final decision was to leave the gym and take necessary action regarding the matter. I wouldn't recommend this gym as a safe place for children or anyone looking for a positive community. While i hope others wouldn't experience this, Reports to California boxing committee and USA Boxing is necessary.

Hello everyone…read more This was my experience in Benicia Boxing. Coach Andy is amazing and made me feel comfortable and confident when hitting the pads and also corrected my stand and taught me the fundamental basics. Coach Travis is the other person that was training me. He taught me how to correctly throw a punch and learn how to move with my feet, which was needed because I'm a beginner. My overall experience was great and will definitely come back in the near future

I love this place, they have a two way approach of teaching where they offer both group and one on one classes (to refine techniques and work through any technical issues). The teachers are young, relatable and very attentive. Their teaching style is very kid friendly and if they see something that's not quite clicking they find other ways to explain it so that its more relatable and or make more sense to as why something is done a certain way (not just seeing the trees but the forest as well.) Also after every one on one class the teacher goes over your child's progress and what they see as their strengths as well as the things that can be worked on and improved. The staff is consistent (not a lot of change over) so it's make things much easier as far as getting into a routine for the kids as well as the parents. My kid has been there for a little of a year (started when they were 8 but now they're 9) and has had the same three instructors - Mr. Bilberry, Mr. Begonia and Ms. Ferdin (which is a plus in my book.) They are taught practical applications for real world situations. They are also big on conditioning and friendly competition to help with pushing them further. There's alway a nice group of kids attending the group classes which is one of the reasons why my kid loves going (we use this as part of their social time since they are being home schooled.) The dojo is always well kept and organized (it doesn't have that funky smell that you'd think a gym would have which means a lot when you're waiting during your child's practices.) There's also a great cafe (the Benicia Coffee Company) a few doors down if you prefer to wait off site in the area. The Coachs are really good and are very knowledgeable. Even though I had and idea of their skill levels I really found out after witnessing one of their open houses where the instructors did a demonstration of their fighting style Kenpo Karate! With this particular style they use a color belt system to mark accomplishment and skill level. What's really cool is if you're feeling left out and are in need of a workout they have a boxing gym as well that offers lessons that you can match to your kid's schedule! If you're looking for a martial arts spot I'd highly recommend this place and they even offer a few free lessons to give you a chance to see if it's the right fit for you and your child! It's a win win situation in my book! J

To the coaching staff, Thank you for your time & patience. Not only is this a wonderful place to train, the gym is fully equipped with a banquet room in the back portion of the facility so you're able to rent out the whole gym & throw a party! There's a full fridge, sink, 4 big tables & about 20 chairs. There's also an area where I was able to put a balloon arch for photos & a couch and more tables, so it can accommodate a big party. There's a speaker system that you can connect to & play your play list while the kids play basketball. I appreciate the nice clean restroom for my guests. I recently just rented the facility & threw my son his 12th birthday: 3 point shooting contest, 3 on 3, Knock Out, food, cake, and lots of laughs!! He had the best time ballin' with his friends. I highly recommend everything about this place. Thanks for everything Coach Dre!

The space is clean, well-maintained, and has a good number of courts for basketball, boxing, and badminton. Even when it's busy, the layout makes it feel organized and not too chaotic. For badminton, they do provide rackets but it is first come first serve: The staff is always friendly and helpful, which adds to the welcoming vibe. There's also a vending machine for quick snacks or drinks, which comes in handy during longer sessions. Only downside is that parking can be a bit tight when it gets crowded, so plan to arrive early if you can. I'm not sure if the $7 drop-in applies to all sports or just badminton, so it's worth calling ahead if you're interested in something else. Overall, a great place to get active indoors! Would definitely recommend it for casual or more serious play.

I am in the camp of those who play in the evenings, and I am always pleased with the folks who come through. It is not an ideal setting for competitive play, since the floors are a bit slippery and the lighting often hangs directly above the courts. But the people are great, and the hours go late enough to where it is easy to get a rigorous workout. There are also affordable vending machines, and the location is super close to a lot of bars and restaurants that you can head to when the workout is over. I don't care if it isn't regulation. I love playing here, and I have been for years. I don't plan on quitting any time soon!
