Be careful of their membership policies…read more I understand that contracts and policies exist, and I don't blame the employees, but Crunch Fitness as a company has been incredibly disappointing. I'm currently unemployed with a child, so I tried to pause my membership because I simply can't make it to the gym right now. Even though I haven't been able to use the gym, I'm still expected to pay an annual fee I genuinely cannot afford. When I decided to cancel instead, I was told I'd still have to pay for another month because of a 30-day notice policy. I don't understand why a gym that is already overcrowded needs 30 days notice for someone to stop using it. I even tried downgrading my membership to make the next payment cheaper, but there's a fee for that too. Maybe all of this was buried somewhere in the contract, but these policies feel extremely predatory, especially with how hard things are financially for so many people right now. And before they respond, please reach out to us directly I did. I wish I looked online before joining.

Negative of the gym *No space. There will be sometimes you're close to bumping into people, depending where you are at in the gym. Every time of the day from 5am to 11pm the gym is always crowded. This also causes the gym to produce too much heat also, if you have any medical problems like asthma be aware this. If you use machines a lot for your workouts, and have limited time to be at a gym, this could be a problem for you also. *The parking lot. This gym shares a small parking lot with multiple businesses, which make parking more difficult. * Multiple private classes at the same time in a small gym. At first I didn't mind the classes, especially in a room, but when I was told to leave and found a different spot in the gym outside of that room, I was told again to leave because another class was taking up the space. This new spot was not in a designated room, it was part of the open space of the gym. * Private classes controlling a room for multiple hours. Personally I had the day off and wanted to go gym. Went to an empty room and started a workout and was later kick out, because of a class. I didn't have problem and decided to do another workout somewhere else, after a hour and forty five minutes passed the class was still there. I didn't complain I left and thought to myself I'll come back later to do that workout, even though it was 8:00am I started that workout in that room. I later come back, same day and the room was empty, started the workout and surprised I was kicked out of the room again, by a private class. I recognize even other people at the gym were complaining about this problem. Summary: This is a good gym, multiple free weights, other equipments and proper cleanliness of the gym, but limited on space on the size of the gym, and multiple private classes that may intervene into your workouts. If you have the option to find something else, especially nearby your place, I highly recommend you to look elsewhere.

He offers classes every day of the week except Sunday and most of them are cardio/high intensity interval training based. He has early morning classes and evening classes to fit your schedule as well as personal training one on one sessions. Personally I have noticed my energy levels are up, I'm sleeping better, being a lot more mindful of my diet and I noticed I am physically stronger as well. It doesn't matter if you're a fitness veteran or just starting out, the classes are a go-at-your-own-pace style, do as much as you can in a certain amount of time. The instructors are super sweet and their playlists are so great that I start lip syncing to it to distract me from the actual workout. The class is 45 minutes long. After my first class, I couldn't laugh, sneeze, or even get out of bed/chair without feeling my abs for three days. It was worth it, so don't let me discourage you. I discovered a new kind of workout and it's a lot more enjoyable. I am very happy that I gave this a chance and now I go nearly everyday. So trust me, it gets better. I've taken classes with almost every instructor and they're all amazing. If it's your first time, definitely let them know. They'll help you get familiar with the Megaformer. The Reform Room app made everything super convenient--it eliminates the pressure or pushiness of memberships that other gyms or studios often have. They offer a great first-time special: $35 for 2 classes, which is perfect if you're just trying it out. From the app, you can purchase more class packs, individual classes, book the sauna, and easily schedule classes up to two weeks in advance. The entrance was a little tricky to find, but it's along the main road, and the door is right in between Lipstick Lounge and Caritas Spa. There are a few parking spots right by the entrance, but there's also a large lot in the back. Everything was super clean and brand new! They sell the cutest grip socks, and I had to stop myself from buying all of them! I met the instructors Colbly, Jasmine, Maddie, Jazmine, Alyssa, and Princess, and they're all so warm and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable during class, which I loved. I LOVED the music--my instructor played Bad Bunny, which is my favorite artist to work out to!! After taking about 10 classes now, my suggestion is that class difficulty level should be visible when booking on the app. There's no way to know which class is for beginners or for more advanced, and I think it would be helpful for everyone :) I can't wait to make this part of my weekly workout routine and take every instructor's class. 10/10--great vibes all around!!
