The manufacture is of no help and nothing is really warranted!! Everything you get in the box is expectable material to be laid down. Buyer beware, but at your own risk! You've been warned! Any problems you incur will be of your own fault as NO ONE accepts any responsibility! I don't want other people taking the huge financial hit we took.
