We had two units rented a couple weeks apart. When we rented the second unit they talked us into paying extra to "synchronize" the rents. Yet they didn't know how to reflect this in there computer system. We showed up to access our unit and it was padlocked. We had to wait an hour for their office to open even though they live there. Then they claimed it would take another month to synchronize. When the next month came around they told us the same thing. When we tried to pay early they couldn't figure out how to accept payment for the second unit early so I had to come back. Then when we gave notice to move out. They talked us into paying extra on the second unit and assured us that they would refund the difference if we didn't stay the full month on both units. I asked about their no refund policy and was assured that that wouldn't be the situation for us because there had been so many mix ups and they were sorry. Then when we moved out they said they would mail the refund. A month later not refund had come so I called to check the status. The lady immediately got defensive and claimed that we changed our move out date so they weren't going to honor what she told me and hung up on me. All I did is ask the status and she few off the handle. Not to mention, we changed our move out date by 4 days and we were paid for another 2 weeks on both units. Plus our cleaning deposit. Which we left our unit cleaner then it was when we moved in. Just be very careful. It seems like this place is in the business of taking peoples stuff. I should have known when we moved in and saw all the double padlocks on most of the units. I think they are in the business of taking peoples stuff. We always paid on time and they sure complicated things. This is not an upstanding business.

I tried to call since they have no website and the person I talked to on the phone was incredibly rude about every question I asked, extremely unclear when answering my questions and rather than actually explaining everything just repeated herself in a more condescending tone every single time. My options are very limited but I'm still not going to rent from these people. I'm not interested in giving money to anyone that would be so rude when I'm trying to find out if I can use their service. If you want any information from these people and be treated like a human at the same time, you're out of luck. Don't even bother calling.

I was needing a storage unit in June or July for my son, a college student, and was seriously getting worried that we would not be able to secure one. Matthew put us on their waiting list. A couple weeks later, Matthew called me (I didn't have to keep calling him and asking for updates) and said one was available beginning June 1. Needless to say, I was thrilled, and we now have a storage unit. This type of customer service is becoming very rare these days! Leah, the manager is wonderful but her hands are tied. Next door @ North Fork Storage (a new facility) they quoted me a 12x15 for $130 per month. I'll factually highlight that they're gauging. I've been a customer for 6+ years. I rented a 10 x 15 in 2021 that cost me $110 a year and if I paid The entire year at once I got one month free. This brought the price to about $100 a month. Four years later they are charging me $164 a month. That's a 64% increase in four years (an average of 16% per year!) Even Biden, and his lousy policies, didn't produce that kind of inflation, he's at 5.2%! So airport Storage, which has no real consumable material costs, is charging a good customer 300% the inflation rate during the Biden administration. This is nothing but a money grab, and especially shady as hell since when I called their service center I can rent the same 10x15 unit today for $147 per month at the same facility. So they're just sticking it to us. Stay away from this place. They're price gauging
