This time, I explained to the sales dude my experience as of late. He stood unmoved, and responded with an offer to sell me a $250 steam treatment for my leather seats, which I actually need. I said, "let's see how you do on a $70 wash." Never again. It is as good as the $14 Lucky Duck drive through in Sausalito.

My car has not looked this good in a long time and it's relatively new. (As long as it looks new I am happy.) Pro's: New equipment eco-friendly. Staff is always happy and go above and beyond. Universal tip jar so you don't feel like anyone is left out and it's anonymous, they use an air gun to get out the water hiding in the crevices, management is always around to answer questions or concerns, they sell Chevron gas at a discount with Wash, they provide a 24 hour guarantee if it rains (nice touch), I see ultra exotic cars there all the time (Ferrari's Porsche, Austin Martins, etc) and of course they typical SUV and such, efficient in time. (I was in and out in under 10 minutes) for the basic exterior wash. Interior allow another 5-10 minutes. Con's: I like how my car looks so much that I go often!

Finally got around to taking the car to Shineology for a wash and interior window cleaning - got the "works" car wash - great value. Luis was the point man, asked if they could have someone short clean the rear window and side windows (tiny back seat area) - no problem. My car came around, got in line to drying. Saw Luis tell the lead about my request. When it was finished the interior was cleaned immaculately and all the windows were spot and smudge free - exterior glistened in the sun. My car is already looking forward to it's next trip to Shineology!

The pump offered an option to get a car wash for $22, so I hit yes. Turns out the car wash was closed. So I went inside and asked for a refund. The attendant called manager Carlos. The attendant said that he couldn't give a cash refund from the register and that Carlos promised to refund my card the following week. 2 weeks later, no refund. So I called, and after 2-3 phone calls, finally talked to Carlos. Carlos claims he told the attendant to refund me from the register and the attendant "misunderstood." Fine, refund my card then. "No, I can't. It has to be cash." Ok, I don't want to drive for 2 hours, can you mail me the cash? "No." Ok, will you or your attendant drive for 2 hours to refund me, since it was your mistake? "No, why would I do that?" Because you messed up! Not me! Waste of my time, unprofessional, don't make it right when they mess up. I would not risk going here. Carlos is awful.

They were polishing the mirrors and the outside of the car... and it was just cleaned three days ago! We will definitely come back!
