When I returned, the complimentary car wash had mysteriously disappeared from my dashboard. I brought this up with the manager and even offered to prove that their Mill Valley location charges $29.99. He agreed that if I could show him, he'd honor it with a replacement car wash. After confirming it himself, he backed out of his word, claiming the lower price was just to "drum up business." At the end of the day: - I overpaid by about $60 - Lost the complimentary car wash - Received no accountability or effort to make things right The manager was dismissive and didn't seem to care at all.
