I was preparing for a presentation at work and needed some memos laminated so they looked really professional. I also needed some ID badges(200) laminated for a local golf tournament my work was throwing. So I looked it up online and found that going to a laminator is way cheaper then going to FedEx Kinko's. This way I am dealing with the company directly instead of me paying Kinko's to send it to the laminator and charging 500% more so they can have a higher cut. Nor cal laminating was great. They not only helped me out with the print I needed but also after seeing the ID badges asked if I needed 1 more business sponsor for the Golf tournament. They were absolutely terrific and they offer great customer service. I was curious about laminating process so they even gave me a tour of their warehouse. Greg Kozlow(owner) is "old school", he shakes your hand and always is very customer friendly. His son Phil, who helps run the business is a really great guy. He always gives me direct quotes over the phone when I have other print jobs lined up. They do it all when it comes to print jobs: Tabs, 3 hole punch, Collating, Id Badges, they have do it yourself laminating equipment for sale and they are always 1 phone call away from any questions or concerns. read more

This place is a tucked away Rancho Cordova treasure. I walked in through their delivery door and expected to get yelled at. They instantly forgave me and offered me a cold beverage and on such a hot day it really hit the spot. Phil was very welcoming and even offered to let me change the channel on the television while he laminated my Star Wars Posters and a few old collectors edition US Army cards. What a gem! George, Phil's companion, remained working hard and steadfast as he hammered through a massive order of menus or something of the sort. Even on such a hot day, behind that hot machine, all sweaty and stuff. But he still had a smile! He even made a pretty edgy political joke that had me laughing sooo hard. What a crack up! My order, while small, was taken with the utmost care and urgency. I will definitely be back as my roommate Darrin and I are constantly scrap booking together and this will be a nice final touch.
