Now I was thrown off by that comment as I thought it was very rude and disrespectful for a UPS employee to say! I don't know who the Asian female was, but she needs to find another job where she has to point out and say to a civilian "we don't accept YOUR kind." That is very disrespectful and UPS could have a discrimination problem by customers if they're kept around. She definitely has no care for customer service and I would fire her!
