I had just come from another FedEx location in Olson Drive in Rancho Cordova which unfortunately does not take ordinary returns. Sean is busy when I arrived and the other staff present is also helping two other customers. I was pleasantly surprised when Sean stopped what he was doing ( pushing a big cart) and helped me with my returns. Sean , who just apparently started three months ago with FedEx, is very efficient and finished the transaction very fast and thorough. He even politely explained why the previous FedEx is unable to help me. It's very rare nowadays to see and experience these qualities and I believe must be mentioned and appreciated. Arden responded so quickly to my request and pricing was provided as quick as I was able to provide the artwork. There were several elements to our signage and we're a high end furniture company so looks are extremely important. They came out within a couple of days to get started. We had some issues matching the building paint and even though this wasn't part of the scope, they handled it. They went and bought the paint and painted the building and then added the building signage. They also did some window decals and a monument type street sign. I highly recommend them. He originally quoted me $130(!) for 20 3" waterproof stickers, but then brought it down to $70 once I said I'd cut them out myself (still $3.50 per 3" sticker...). For comparison, Etsy charged $30. I arrived to his store at 3pm that day and he was asleep in his chair... He woke up after I said hi a few times, gave me the stickers and I paid the $70 without looking too carefully at them. Then when I walked outside it was immediately apparent how low the quality was -- super grainy with print lines all over it (as you can see in the attached). I went back inside to point that out and ask if he could do a quick reprint. He said no, asked for my card, and gave me a refund without a discussion. I told him I still needed the stickers for tomorrow, so would prefer the low quality ones over nothing and asked if he could do a discount. He said no, price was $70. I said okay, you can charge me the $70 then, but I'm surprised this is how you handle customer feedback. He raised his voice at me, told me he didn't see any problem with the print, and said if there is it's my file's fault (isn't it the job of a printer to tell you if you need to send in a bigger file size??). I again told him I couldn't believe this is how he was handling customer feedback, and insisted he charge my card so I could take this low-quality print home. Instead he angrily grabbed them out of the trash, threw them on the counter, and told me to go. I have NEVER seen such unprofessional behavior before in my life. Incredibly rude, condescending for his overpriced and substandard quality products. Stay away from this mess of a business at all costs.
