My return though required an employee to accept it, then she says "we don't accept YOUR kind." Now I was thrown off by that comment as I thought it was very rude and disrespectful for a UPS employee to say! I don't know who the Asian female was, but she needs to find another job where she has to point out and say to a civilian "we don't accept YOUR kind." That is very disrespectful and UPS could have a discrimination problem by customers if they're kept around. She definitely has no care for customer service and I would fire her! Oh for anyone who's wondering where the store is, it's not longer next to Mountain Mike's as you have to go around shopping center where the Donut shop is kind of facing across from a Subway in same shopping center.

There were several elements to our signage and we're a high end furniture company so looks are extremely important. They came out within a couple of days to get started.
