Good quality do it yourself car wash. Facility is well maintained. Plenty of stalls available. I frequent there at least twice a month and never had to wait for a stall. read more

Get what you pay for....Almost did anyways. Attendant was like a wet towel for personality. Needed a quick wash and light vacuum. Vacuums were not even turned on? Imagine there is a main switch that should be on at open, off at close? Brushes look like they haven't been changed since Obama was president. I am sad to say this place has slowly spiral downhill ever since my excellent first review. As with many people time is extremely important. We plan our days around appointments when things open when things close. Over the last two months I have attempted to come to this place and is never opened on time one of those. The staff is rather lazy, and not attentive to the needs of the customer. The place is also kind of getting dirtier with each additional visit. In the beginning the price was extremely cheap then they raised in a little bit which was still fair. But no matter how fair the prices if you can't use the car wash when you show up it's really no value at all. In the long run it actually waste time for you. Yes definitely stay away from here. I thought it was an ok place for a quick clean. Had been here a few times until this last time, never again!!! Went in for a quick wash & at the end of the cycle I heard a loud scraping sound that even my kids where shock to hear, because we had been there previous times. Well it was my tire rim....told the attendant that I wanted to speak to the manager said they don't have one that the owner only comes in on Fridays when it's pay day. The attendant took over 20 min just to take my info & see the damage. Since he is the only one there. According to him everything is plastic, the machinery that washes the car. So WTH was that scraping sound & the damage. Attendant said his boss would call me since that day April 6 I still haven't heard from his boss. read more

If you want a basic car wash for $6 go here. However if your going for the detail service they advertise don't go because there is none. Today is 10/13/12 and there is no detail service. I showed up and they simply said "they detail guys aren't here" Any good car wash would have detail guys on a Saturday being a prime day for car washes So again basic wash ok but no detail. read more

Not too bad if your on a budget. The price is reasonable but beware, you have to dry the car yourself. It goes thru a blower which doesn't work too well. I find if I bring my own towel it works great. There is also a vacuum station as well. The works wash, which is their premium is only 7 dollars. read more

Friday, June 26, 2020 I decided to try Hamner Car Wash in Norco for the first time. It seemed like a normal car wash until my credit car company put a fraud alert on my credit card the next day. The last time I used my credit card last was at Hamner Car Wash. And prior to that it's been over a week before it was used. My car wash experience here for the past 3 years has been EXCELLENT! Rey and the other car wash tech always are very friendly and make sure everyone is taken care of. The soap always comes out generously and my three vehicles always come out really clean. Price is comfortable and unlimited vacuum is included. If you need a car wash on the fly and on the cheap end of the spectrum but don't car too much of the outcome? This is your place to come. Its anywhere from $5-$7, but "You get what you pay for." The dryer barely dries your car so you're left with water spots EVERYWHERE. However, you do get to vacuum your car for free after you're done going thru the wash. I really like this car wash. Cheapest one you will find. Yes it's like a gas station car wash, however it has vacuums and covered parking. You can dry the little droplets left by the blowers off before they make water spots. The vacuums are great and there is one on each side of your car. It is all self service so it made me laugh when people gave it not so great reviews because they had to clean a little themselves. "WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE" This is the worst car wash center I have ever seen. They sent a free car was coupon, which says to enter a free car wash code upon arriving at the center. When I was trying to add coupon one person rushed to my car. And started asking questions, how did you pay for car wash? where is your coupon? etc. Then this stupid person rudely orders that you have to wait for attendant; you cannot add the code yourself. Then why don't they mention that on their coupon at first place and why do they have automated system. Furthermore, this person asked how many times I had used the coupon, you know you can use that for one time only, like I would go there everyday to get car wash. Anyways, after having this terrible customer service experience, I would never refer anyone to go to this car was station even for FREE car wash. If this is how they welcome new customers, they shouldn't expect repeating business from that customer. Pulled in to have my brand new SilveradoTrk washed. An attendent starting unscrewing my attena off with a pair of channel locks and scratched up the attena and the paint of my trk. Asked the other attendent for the bosses name and phone number to make a claim as he also witnessed the incident. He would not give me any information and refused to call him to notify him of the event. Won't be back here and will pursue with the City of Norco. read more

Quick, easy, and CHEAP. This place is the best drive thru wash i have been to. I usually get the cheapest $5 wash but this time i SPLURGED and got the $8. I can defiantly tell the difference in the two, i advise you spend a couple more bucks. The vacuums work well enough to clean up after my 2 year old and myself and are free with the wash. read more

I paid $49 dollars for a full service wash and wax and it was awful. They used dirty towels for the wax they missed a million sots and they didn't even wipe down my dash! #1 and grate car wash in town for me. i am going every saturday at this place and they are being very busy...busy...busy... and 2-3 times i had to wait to find a vacuume sport for me. they have good deal then mckenly , $5 for express wash $6 for deluxe wash and $7 for premium wash,,, regular is 5 8 and 10 . they are providing us a $2-2 discount on second and third package... highly recomanded give them try , i wash my car every week 1 time and its come out super clean....but somewhere we need to dry with towel... read more

I took my old truck here for a year and then decided to take my new truck through that was a mistake the guy working the drive through went to take my antenna of my truck and couldn't get it off with his fingers so he grabbed a wrench and begins taking it off well i thought he had the decency not to drag the wrench on my truck and he did he scratched and took two cheers out of it. when i asked him about it and asked to talked to a manager no one knows of a manager or how to get ahold of them. then i went back the next day and the same guy said there was no manager and then i saw some one in slacks and nice shirt i walked up to him asked if he was the manager he said yes then when i started to tell him what happen he said he was a wasn't a manager now and doesn't know how to get ahold of them. needless they are going to mess up ur car and then saw how do we know if we did that never ever will i go there again read more
