Little small waiting room but they moved clients in and out pretty quick. They filled a couple cavities and cleaned my teeth at a very reasonable price. Took two trips to handle the cavities cause they were on separate sides so they recommended me come back to finish up so my mouth wasn't numb alllll day lol. UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM. Received a call early December on a Tuesday from Lily about a procedure that was not paid for in November. Confused because I have not been to the office since November 2022. She looked back at her notes and realized it was from 2022 and claimed that procedure was never paid by my insurance. She went forward with claiming that it was a fault on my insurance end for not paying the charge and to be paid as soon as possible. I then receive a letter in the mail that Thursday, very unprofessional and in highlighted letters stating that if it wasn't paid for it would be sent to collections. I then call my insurance concerned and worried to then find out it was actually fault of the dental office. Norco Valley dental waited a week, shy of an entire year to actually file the claim. They actually never filed the claim, and then found out a year later that it was still owed. That's why they were rushing me to make the payment, my insurance informed me that if it wasn't processed before it hit the year, my insurance would no longer be responsible or myself to have to pay for it. A FAULT ON THEIR END AND LACK OF ORGANIZATION. My insurance with a week left to process, filed the claim and they were paid. I called the office several times to speak to Lily but was told she wasn't in office or that they would get back to me at a later date due to the Holidays. Suddenly there was no urgency to get back to me because they were already paid off, but when they wanted their money I'm getting threatened to be sent to collections. We're now in January and I still haven't heard back from Lily because now they could care less to take responsibility for their actions. Very unprofessional, my family had gone their for a couple years and we will no longer be doing any services with them. Thank God for these people!! Lili and staff and Dr. Martinez are such wonderful people! I've avoided the dentist out of fear for many years! Neglected my teeth for too long and now I'm paying for it. I suffered from this tooth for 4 years! I finally got it taken care of and I regret I didn't do it sooner. They have not only the best service but best price around for quality service... I'm trusting them to do the rest of my work for life! The extraction wasn't painful at all, Dr and staff were calming me down the whole time and communication was excellent. I brought my 10 year old son here for the first time, for an extraction. I usually take him to a pediatric dentist, but, couldn't get an appointment soon enough. Norco Valley dental got him in quickly, and they were so kind and gentle. When the doctor was done, my son was shocked, it was already out! He said "I didn't even feel it!" This was my first time at this dental office and the experience was awesome I went in for a root canal and a filling first I would like to say that I didn't feel the initial injection to numb the area of my mouth which is awesome secondly he did what he had to do within the right amount of time no chit-chat no wasting time he was there to do his job and he did it I was in and out in no time I go back for my crown and I am looking forward to it I always had a fear of the dentist but I think I found my dentist for life. I first went to Norco Valley Dental October 2012 because I had pain to a lower molar due to a broken (pre existing) filling and I was advised that I needed two crowns. I was shocked about the bad news since I was only going in to repair my filling and get a cleaning while I'm there. I decided to have the work done since they allowed me to make payments as the work was being performed. After the work was done I had pain to both crowns and I couldn't eat and for days so I decided to call the office after one week and they asked me to come back in for a follow up. The pain continued and I went back 3 more times and finally I gave up and decided to give it some time for the pain to go away on its own but It's been one year and I still have pain when I chew. Furthermore, one of the two crowns is too short and feels very sensitive when cold liquids gets under it. The dentist Jesus Martinez DDS and his staff are all very nice and cordial his wife however, is somewhat abrasive and all she cares about it swiping your credit card and charging you for every little item she can think of. I have decided to have both crowns replaced since I cannot tolerate the discomfort any longer. $1,800 gone to waste read more

Dental work is not cheap but they always work with me in terms of payments and always recommends what would work best based on what I truly need and what I can afford. They don't push me to get those teeth whitening, invisalign and other stuff like other places. My whole family goes here and appointments are always on time. I went to Norco Valley Dental for a wisdom tooth extraction. The dentist Jesus Martinez did the extraction and left two pieces of the root in my mouth which caused a lot of pain. I had to go to another dentist to get the rest of the procedure done. I was very disappointed due to the dentist not doing the job the right way the first time. I would discourage anyone from going to him for the wisdom tooth extraction. It cost me more money to get it done than had I gone to someone that is able to do it right the first time. read more
