I came here for a dental cleaning, which it has been way overdue. First, they are very updated as in equipment and technology. I signed in and registered using an IPad, which it was done in less than a couple minutes. I was brought to the x-Ray area. The x-ray specialist was polite and professional. Doctor came to examine the x-ray photos and gave advices on procedures that needed to be done. The dental hygienist then performed the deep cleaning. She was very gentle and efficient. I didn't feel any discomfort except the cavity area. After she was done, she advised not to eat acidic food for the whole day. However, the deep cleaning hit some nerve endings and I had severe pain for days. I had to go back to get prescribed pain meds. Overall, it was good except the extreme pain for days. 2.9 out of 5. read more

Of course I am looking for a dentist within my new Dental Insurance network while having massive tooth pain! Never casually looking for a new dentist it seems. I called the office to check to make sure they accept my new dental plan. I was told to provide the information and they would call me back. I was surprised that I received a call back within a few minutes. They had an immediate opening, so I drove down asap. Once inside, I was greeted and was given a tablet to electronically fill out my new patient information. I was seen by the dental assistant a few moments later. She asked me what my concern was an took a few x-rays of the painful area of my mouth. Dr. Patel came in at that time and looked at the x-rays and told me my pain was from needing a root canal. I could see it in the x-ray as well. I was fortunate that someone cancelled their morning appointment and was able to get my root canal done right then. Dr. Patel was very kind and patient. She took her time and was very particular on how she wanted my tooth done. I was able to get my root canal, scans for my permanent crown, and my temporary crown on in under 2 hours. The office was clean and all the staff was very helpful and kind. I would totally recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a caring and trusting dentist. read more

During the Pandemic it got difficult for me to get medical and dental health care. My dealings with "insurances" too. (I guess for others too) For a long time I worked in public schools, I guess this was no help to me. Ok, just this past month a neighbor suggested I try his doctor and dentist) he worked for federal government). Thank God for my neighbor. Dr. Ukani is awesome, an older gentleman with solid work ethic. His entire staff is great too. My insurances as I wrote before could not come to the rescue but the office receptionist: Katie helped, I have a Credit Card Plan, for 24 months I can make payments and no Interest will be charged to me. Making it easy on finances. This all works out in my favor; thank God. Oh, Dr. U suggested I see the Root Canal people, I did; that's another story; everything went well there too. At 68 years old I am glad I will be smiling again. No longer in "tooth pain". I owe it to him, a good man with much experience, he's a caring individual, respectful and considerate. Looks for the well being of his patients. I blame myself for letting my teeth and gums go "south". Again I thank the Lord for people like this Dentist and other medical persons. I have to say that I absolutely hate going to the dentist but after my visit here the way I see dentists has absolutely changed. Everyone is so kind and careful! Gira cleaned my teeth and was very careful to make sure nothing hurt too much. She took extra care when she found a weird spot on my tooth, turns out to be a tiny cavity, but I don't feel any nervousness about coming back for a filling! I was concerned about the permanent retainer on the back of my teeth, and Dr Ukani was very understanding, made sure to explain what could happen if I were to get it removed, and referred me to their orthodontist for extra input. I've been going to Dr. Ukani for about a decade now, and he and his staff have always been impeccable. Dr. Ukani always explains which procedure he recommends and he will make sure that you are comfortable throughout. I appreciate how the patient's goals and comfort are the most important things to him. He will always patiently and kindly answer any question you have. Other dentists might be eager to drill the smallest stain or microcavity, but Dr. Ukani takes a conservative approach and tries to preserve healthy, natural teeth as much as possible. You never feel like he's trying to do unnecessary procedures just to increase the cost of your visit (which I've experienced at other dentist's offices when I lived elsewhere).
