I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, every single person in the office was kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about me as a patient. The front office staff was incredibly friendly and transparent, the dental assistant was wonderful, and Dr. Noorvash took the time to perform a thorough evaluation with both X-rays and a CBCT scan. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and answered every question I had without making me feel rushed. What impressed me most was his honesty. He could have easily recommended retreatment, but instead he explained that he did not see a missed canal and did not feel there was any reason to rush into another root canal. He also pointed out that my inflamed sinuses could be contributing to the symptoms I was experiencing.
